I signed up for the trial, and immediately cancelled because it doesn’t offer what I need. And they still charged me $24 a week AFTER I cancelled. I went to my subscriptions in my setting and sure enough it had been cancelled already. Don’t trust this business.

The exercises themselves are good, but the videos have no audio guidance, transition sounds, or prompts indicating when to move to the next exercise. The app also doesn’t track my weekly progress — the program restarts from the beginning each day. I’m unable to customize my workout schedule, selecting my three workout days. I also can’t log sleep, steps or add entries from previous days. Lastly the food tracking is horrible, it has none of the abilities most food trackers have. Overall, the app has potential, but it needs significant improvements to usability, tracking, and functionality.

First off wasn’t clear on how much the subscription was, I found it very confusing. I pressed on $5 a month. Turns out to be $99.99 a year, however even so they still took out more than that. I had $111.98 taken out of my account. The app within its self is not great either. I feel like I have gotten scammed & would like my money back. I cancelled my subscription right away after that.

I subscribed for a year using the offer, paying $30, but no offer was activated for me!
I checked my profile in the app, and there was no active subscription.
I tried logging in again (using my Apple account, which I used to sign up), and it asks me to register again.
I’m not a boomer — I’m a young person who knows perfectly well how to subscribe to these kinds of plans.
I’ve already canceled the subscription, but I already know I’ll never see my money again.

Downloaded the app because of advertisements on Instagram and I wanted to get in better shape. I was prepared to pay for a subscription because I am serious about getting in shape. The app offered me a one time offer of $39.99 for a year subscription, so obviously I bought it. After the money had been deducted from my account the app came up with a box saying that the receipt was unable to be verified. The app then glitched out and when I reopened it I was on a free plan. Very disappointed as advertisements showed how great the app was and now I have lost money as well as hope for a good app.

Who do I need to talk to about getting my payment back? I signed for the yearly payment and tried to get 24.99, but instead of getting that deal. It freezes on me. I tried existing it out of the app and refresh, didn’t work. I tried starting my phone, didn’t work. I even deleted the app and it’s telling me to try again later or try a different way to login. I was looking forward to use it, because I followed them on instagram, but I should’ve read the reviews before purchasing the subscription. I would like to get my money back and I cancel the subscription already.

Don't waste your money.

I paid for a year's subscription, but every time I log in I have to re-enter my information, so it's never personalised as advertised. The website is difficult to use, and despite already paying for a full year, it constantly prompts me to pay again to access features that should already be included.

I contacted customer support requesting a refund because the service doesn't match what was advertised, and I've received no response at all.

Very disappointing experience. Poor customer service, misleading advertising, and a complete waste of money.

I’m can’t even finish the registration process. Just in the first few screens where I’m filling in my info (age, height, weight, goal weight, etc) the text is often chopped off and buttons are covered or cut off by the ‘continue’ button. I can’t even finish registering because the ‘continue’ button is halfway off the bottom of the screen, so much so the button can’t be tapped. I’m sure I could close the app and re open it and see what happens but I honestly don’t even want to try this app because of how awful it looks. It really needs work. I saw an ad for this app on Instagram and I expected much better.

I was able to walk one day and earn some on my dashboard the first day I used the app then the next day the app went to an "Error Session Expired, Please sign in first." This seems to be a bug as im signed in and when I sign out of my account and sign back in I am still getting this same error every time . Fix this bug and I will bump the rating . Overall the UI is nice I like the app other than the error that makes the app unusable . 

 Update : The bug I mentioned seems to be fixed on the recent update however I did have to recreate a new account . Thank you for the response ! I have since updated my rating .
