### 1/5 — Not able to Download my payslips on phone

Hi all I am using I phone 13 running on ios 17.6 but ever since I installed this app I cant download any file weather be it pay slip or any other letter but this app wont let me to download anything. No even reflecting any error message just a page refresh to top of the page. Pls rectify this worst HRMS app I have seen till now.

Unfortunately, my experience with (workline.hr) has been disappointing. Despite its promising features, the app has fallen short in several areas.

_Pros:_ None

_Cons:_

- Poor user interface and navigation
- Frequent bugs and glitches
- Lack of effective customer support
- Inaccurate or incomplete data

_Suggestions for Improvement:_

- Revamp the user interface for better navigation and overall experience
- Fix bugs and ensure data accuracy
- Improve customer support response times and effectiveness

_Overall:_ Based on my experience, I would not recommend (workline.hr) to others. I hope the developers will take these concerns seriously and make necessary improvements.
