Important outcomes often end up scattered across chats, folders, photos, and memory. When it is time to write a daily report, monthly summary, or performance review, you have to reconstruct everything again.

WorkList is built around completed work—not another list of intentions.

RECORD WORK BY PROJECT
Create project groups for clients, internal initiatives, long-term responsibilities, or personal work areas. Each record can include a title, category, details, start and end times, and optional tracked duration.

KEEP DELIVERABLES WITH THE WORK
Attach files and images directly to a work record. Every deliverable appears as a separate item with a preview. WorkList derives a default deliverable name from the original filename; you can edit the display name while the original filename and format remain intact.

STOP WRITING SUMMARIES FROM MEMORY
Review work, deliverables, categories, and tracked hours by month. Filter by category or search titles, details, deliverable names, and original filenames.

ONE RECORD, MULTIPLE OUTPUTS
Create reports for a day, the current month, the last 3 or 6 months, a custom date range, or all records. Export to Word, Excel, PDF, or PowerPoint, and optionally package the report together with its deliverable files.

PRESENT WORK AS A REAL REPORT
PowerPoint exports follow a clear structure: cover, paginated work overview table, then individual work and deliverable pages. Your update becomes easier to review, present, and discuss.

LOCAL-FIRST BY DESIGN
No account is required, and there is no advertising tracker. Projects, records, and attachments are stored locally on your device by default. Create complete backups and choose Merge Data or Replace Data when restoring.

• Optional iCloud sync: keep saved work, projects, categories, and deliverable information in sync across iPhone, iPad, and Mac using the same Apple Account. Choose manual or automatic sync on each device.
• On-demand attachment downloads by default, with automatic downloads available. Sync work details and deliverable names first, then download files when needed. Existing local files are retained.
• Pull to sync on the iPhone and iPad home screen. Use the cloud icon in the upper-right corner to view sync status and settings.
• New Sync Conflicts and Recovery view preserves recoverable versions to help with concurrent edits and accidental deletions.
• Improved local backups, import and restore, and automatic backups before deletion. Attachment checks now show file locations and clear check results.
• Move existing work to another project while editing, without entering it again.
• Export work lists as long PNG images. Very long lists split into multiple images; deliverable names appear when available, without empty deliverable text.
• Improved date selection, long-title editing, and settings layouts, plus updated privacy information, user guidance, and FAQs.

iCloud sync is off by default and requires the same Apple Account and available iCloud storage. Completion depends on connectivity and system conditions. Sync does not replace an independent backup. Download required attachments before exporting a full backup.
