Time clock stops on its own. “Take a photo” doesn’t send a copy to the gallery. The editor in Closeout notes can’t be fingered-moved…space key slide only, inconvenient. Linking into  a WO from a text notification doesn’t work properly. I have to go to notifications in the app and choose from new notifications to get a proper WO displayed with all data visible. This app sorely needs updating/streamlining.

Had problems with vendor not paying. All support did was send a message through the platform. Like I hadn’t already been doing that. Only for vendor to not pay for work for two months. Then get an email from support saying they were glad to help when they literally did nothing and said that once it’s invoiced they can no longer escalate. Maybe they should have done their job from the beginning. Oh yeah if you use this platform and get offered work from iron systems/service global DO NOT take it. They don’t honor their terms and avoid responding to all communications

I’ve used Paycom before and there  you OK the check before you accept it?
For three weeks and two paychecks into my working with this company $200 have not been paid. With PayPal, I can verify. And accept or challenge the proper pay until it is fixed with this I can’t don’t like it.
