The editor in Closeout notes can’t be fingered-moved…space key slide only, inconvenient. Linking into a WO from a text notification doesn’t work properly. I have to go to notifications in the app and choose from new notifications to get a proper WO displayed with all data visible. For three weeks and two paychecks into my working with this company $200 have not been paid. With PayPal, I can verify. A waste of time. ### 3/5 — Seems to be lagging the industry standard *2026-07-13* I’d like to like this platform, but I find it just creates unnecessary friction when trying to bid projects. The cost percentage is lower than other platforms, but this platform is seeing less than 1% of the volume of SOWs I see in other platforms. I’ve also asked for a critical UI component to be corrected for over 2 years, and there has been no progress, and no interest shown, not even an acknowledgment of the item I’ve raised, a problem which other platforms don’t have (in short, when making a counteroffer, there is no option to accommodate a ‘blended’ offer on the basis of ‘xx $/hr with a y-hr minimum’; instead WM’s UI treats blended as ‘1st labor rate * number of hours’ - which is wrong for a blended rate with a minimum; the logic should read ‘Blended: $xx per hour and yy included minimum hours’, e.g., ‘$90/hr with 2-hr minimum = $180’. Overall WM just doesn’t produce for my business, and they don’t seem to have any interest in doing so either. ### 3/5 — Needs to be multi user login *2026-06-24, version 2.51.2* Cannot login as a company and manage all your techs with their respective work orders. Like I hadn’t already been doing that. Only for vendor to not pay for work for two months. Then get an email from support saying they were glad to help when they literally did nothing and said that once it’s invoiced they can no longer escalate. Maybe they should have done their job from the beginning. Oh yeah if you use this platform and get offered work from iron systems/service global DO NOT take it.
