## What is WorkMatchApp?

WorkMatchApp helps workers and employers find each other through structured profiles, role needs, and matching signals. Workers can build job-search profiles, review matches, express interest, and continue in match chat. Employers can create roles, review suitable candidates, and continue the hire flow in a controlled way.

The service supports human decision-making. Matches and recommendations are decision-support signals, not automated hiring or rejection decisions.
