App crashes, and hangs from time to time,  reliable operation has yet to be proved after an extensive 30 user trial.  Customer service is not the best.

Update: Still NO ability to upload pictures from the Camera Roll or Albums to reports. Why? This is a simple feature?

This app could be better, silly little things like only being able to add 50 characters (yes characters, not words) into comments boxes when you need much more space at times. 

For reporting purposes you need to have the ability to upload pictures from the device to add to the report(s), taking the pictures as your progress through it messy and just makes life that little bit more difficult.

Not the best app out there, has silly bugs all the time so for weeks it will work then it will just give up and cause problems till its reset

Brilliant app/service when it works. Support team are always very receptive to additions/alteration requests. Unfortunately, there are often bugs with new updates, but the support team react extremely quickly once you report the fault. Only problem is Apple then take anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks to release the app onto App Store.
Overall, Great Service, VFM and support, Slightly let down by quality control.

Great app. We are using this in our company to great effect. Fab customer service as well from the guys at WorkMobile. 
With regards to @John, there is the ability for 200 characters - maybe speak to the support team if you are having a problem with this as this is standard for all the text boxes etc. They are very helpful! To be honest, I think the 1 star you have given for such an effective business app is very harsh. 
I would recommend this website/app to anyone who is interested in cutting costs in their business, and want to save paper. Especially useful for mobile workers.
Definitely 5 star.

We automated our service reporting and dispatching of engineers with with WorkMobile. Support to get you up and running is superb. Our billing is more  accurate and because the system tracks the location of the engineer we know where they are when they filled out the forms. I can recommend this app to any small business.
