Works amazing as a web/desktop companion. No complaints at all there. The app however could really do with allowing access to the tasks and notes functions too. Saves people using multiple apps (notes for eg) while on the move. ### 2/5 — No task access? *2024-09-12, version 1.1.7* I was excited to add this extension to my work computer and looked forward to using the app. I was hoping to use this for work and home. I was just disappointed I can’t access any of my notes on the iPhone app because there were a lot of times when I wanted to quickly go over some notes I had made on my phone but couldn’t. And often this window duplicates for some reason that I haven’t figured out so there’s two browser windows bloated with tabs on my dock. The screen says I can change these settings, leading me to believe that I can close it or somehow not see it, but the settings are also unclear. Thank you so much! Everything about it is what I’ve been needing to remove the friction in my workflow; between Notion, the browser itself, and Google Workspace. As for the iPhone app, it is good. But…😞…the tasks is THE component that I need in the mobile app. Sadly I rated the app 4 of 5 stars. Puh-lease, please add tasks to the iPhone app and release an Android version soon! It’s synced across all devices and literally allows me to pick up any project I’m working on no matter where I am. It’s an absolute must have for anyone who works with multiple clients or projects. ### 5/5 — Best cloud-based tab manager out there *2021-10-17* I have been using Workona for 2-3 years now and it has truly helped me keep my workflow organised. I usually have 1000+ tabs opened on various topics and Workona was able to keep it manageable. I have been trying other tab managers before Workona and none ofthem helped like Workona does. Having the iPad app is next-level to be able to handle all digital tasks on the go. ### 5/5 — Oh my god *2021-09-20, version 1.0.4* Not only is this great for its ability to sync with workona on desktop but this is excellent as a browser on its own. I dont know what web platform this is built on but it absolutely wins. My only minor complaint is that it doesnt support split view, although as a PM myself I can understand how difficult it would be with all the visual elements.
