## What is Workout Challenges?

Your friends make sure you show up.

Rebase is workout accountability with friends. Set a weekly workout goal, say 3 sessions, invite your crew, and everyone sees who kept their word. Cheer, comment, get the weekly verdict. Private by default.

FITNESS CHALLENGES WITH FRIENDS
• Start a challenge (4-24 weeks) and invite friends with one link. They land straight in it, app installed or not.
• Everyone sets their own weekly target. A beginner, a bodybuilder and a marathoner can be in the same group challenge.
• Show up, check it in (photo optional). Your friends see it. Cheers and trash-talk follow.
• Every Monday: the weekly recap. Who hit the week, who came up one short, streaks and the leaderboard.
• No workout buddies free right now? Join an open challenge and meet people who are also trying to stay consistent.
