## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.3 — 2026-06-25

This update is about getting more out of your workout data — new AI-ready exports, the full app now in 33 languages, and a clearer guide to every format.

  AI training summaries
Two new exports turn a workout into something a large language model can reason about:
  • AI Training Summary (Markdown) — a dense, readable recap (heart-rate zones, cardiac drift, splits, assessments) built to paste straight into ChatGPT or Claude for coaching feedback.
  • AI Model JSON — a compact, schema-versioned export with a piecewise heart-rate curve and structured metrics, made for LLM APIs and scripts.
Both are generated on device. Nothing is sent to any AI service unless you choose to share it.

  Now in 33 languages
The full app — including PDF reports and Health permission prompts — is now localized into 33 languages, with right-to-left support for Arabic and Hebrew. Your exported files keep their stable English field
names, so anything downstream (spreadsheets, scripts, platform imports) keeps working exactly as before.

  About Export Formats
A new Settings → About Export Formats screen explains each format (GPX, TCX, CSV, JSON, PDF, and the AI exports) and what each is best for, so it's easier to pick the right one.

  Richer PDF reports
Added more of the on-device analytics to the single-page PDF report.

Plus a round of refinements and fixes. Thanks for using Workout Exporter — if you have a request or hit a snag, reach us from Settings.
