## What is Фитно?

Fitno is a workout log that shows real progress: weights, sets and reps for every exercise. Train on your own or with a coach, right in the app.

IF YOU HAVE A COACH
They see your workouts and progress, assign programs and weekly plans, and leave feedback after every session. All in one place — no messenger threads, no paper spreadsheets.

IF YOU DON'T HAVE A COACH YET
Train on your own with ready-made templates and an exercise library. Works at the gym and at home: strength, bodyweight, timed, distance.

WHEN YOU WANT COMPANY
Events and an activity map: runs, workouts and meetups near you. Join someone else's or invite others to yours — training stops being just a schedule on your phone.

Fitno is where your sport lives.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 0.0.4 — 2026-09-18

This update is about reliability. We went through the app and fixed what could let you down at the wrong moment — Fitno is now more stable.

Support is also built in now. Something's off or you have an idea — message us from your Profile and we'll reply right there. No email, no forms.

### 0.0.3 — 2026-09-08

### 0.0.1 — 2026-08-15
