## What is Workout Export Log?

Workout Export Log is a private, local-first utility for reviewing workout records and creating useful personal export files.

Inspect workout rows before sharing anything. Review duration, distance, pace, energy, source, notes, and training-zone summaries. Create real CSV spreadsheet files, structured JSON archives, Markdown training reports, and GPX tracks when Apple Health provides route locations.

The app is built for runners, cyclists, walkers, fitness hobbyists, coaches, personal record keepers, reimbursement logs, and anyone who wants more control over workout data before it leaves the device.

Workout Export Log starts empty and reads Apple Health workout information only after you request permission. Everything runs locally on your device. There is no account, no subscription, no advertising SDK, no analytics SDK, no tracking, no cloud sync, and no Gobling Company server upload.

Files leave the device only when you choose to share them with the iOS share sheet.
