Купила приложение по скидке, спустя время решила почитать отзывы, которые написаны практически в один и тот же день (- накрутка)
Приложение само по себе хорошее и даже очень, но оценка 4,9 себя не оправдывает
Есть хорошая программа на месяц с классической тренировкой, где можно выбрать режим (легко/средне/сложно) но цифры от этого режима не сильно то изменятся, а теперь о самих цифрах
Они НЕРЕАЛЬНЫЕ, 50 Берпи на 1-ом же подходе, НА 1-ОМ!, на втором 65, на третьем 80... вы с ума сошли?

Но количество повторений...берпи по 100 раз за подход и это в легком уровне!Там даже физически хорошо подготовленный человек откинется
