### 1/5 — Rubbish

*2022-11-15*

Absolute rubbish, can’t change the weights in the workout plans, can’t change a great deal at all without creating whole new exercise. Total waste of money DO NOT BUY

### 3/5 — It’s pretty good just a bit limited

*2021-08-18*

I’ve found I stick to working out regularly if I have a plan to check off each time I do a workout but for some reason things like Trello, reminders, etc. I just didn’t stick with it in the same way I did with Runkeeper plans. However, Runkeeper it’s just a way to plan runs and I wanted to just plan out all my exercise for the next 7 days and check them off as I do them… nobody really does this. There’s so many apps that ‘build you a plan’. This is the closest I’ve found where you can just make your own but I have to hack it a bit because it’s so limited. I do yoga, core and treadmill workouts mostly so I have to make an exercise for each class and then make a workout that picks just the one exercise. If I want to do multiple small workouts across a day I have to put them altogether in one workout, which may be a problem as I won’t get the motivation of ticking each thing off when I do it across the day, I’ll have to wait until I’ve done everything. I don’t know, as I say the app is fine it just doesn’t really do what I would like but it’s the closest thing I can find so I’m trying to make it work!
