Sehr einfach gehalten und das mag ich.
Aber BITTE die tatsächliche Anzahl nach dem Workout muss doch irgendwie noch angepasst werden.
Eine andere Reihenfolge sollte einzustellen sein während des Workouts und Sekunden braucht man noch bei den Übungen.
