This app seemed to be exactly what I was looking for, but on installation (after asking for permission to access Apple Health), I got a spinning circle which disappeared to show a blank white screen.

I removed from the phone and reinstalled, same issue.

App developer support link goes to a company website that doesn’t mention this app.
