It's really good - it works, it has all the info, useful defaults, custom presets, custom announcements, motivating quotes from huge athlets. The results show and it's true to the app description. The UI is neat too.

I really like the simple, straight-forward interface of this app. I have tried a few WOD apps and this one is my absolute favorite.

Best tabata app I have used so far. I use 5 tabats a week and I lost 1.5 kg in 10 days. The best and the most incredible about all of this is that I used to lose inspiration, and motivating quotes seem to heal me. I can train without losing motivation. I am attached to this routine and application for life. Thanks so much for the good work you are doing with this application.
