## What is Workout with Pochi?

Your workout, with Pochi.

Workout with Pochi helps you keep moving with a little pixel dog by your side. Choose an exercise and your pup joins in with playful, dog-like movements.

PICK AN EXERCISE AND START
Choose push-ups, squats, crunches, planks, side planks, bird dogs, dead bugs, lunges, dumbbells, hip bridges or calf raises. Adjust your reps or time, or add an exercise with your own name.

REPS OR A TIMER
For rep-based exercises, finish with one tap to save your planned reps. Use a timer for planks and other timed exercises, then finish and save yourself when the timer ends. Optional sounds mark the start, final countdown, timer end and saved record.

A PUP BY YOUR SIDE
Choose a name and coat color. Your pup moves with you during training and relaxes between workouts.

LOOK BACK ON WHAT YOU DID
Review your workouts in the calendar and keep a picture of your pup from training days. Start a saved exercise straight from the widget.

Core features are free with ads. A one-time Premium purchase removes ads and unlocks the Dalmatian and Pomeranian breeds. There is no auto-renewal. See the in-app purchase screen for local pricing.

This app is for workout logging and motivation. Dog animations do not demonstrate human exercise form.
