"Workout" makes interval training a breeze. Play your favorite music — including streamed Apple Music tracks — while running timed intervals. Select the songs you want from your Apple Music library. 2. Choose a workout with work and rest durations. 3. Tap play — and go! You can even run workouts without music — the optional beep signals will still guide you through the intervals. SETTINGS (found in iPhone Settings): * Beep sound – play short beeps at each interval change. * Song transitions – choose how music flows between songs: – Off – Skip to next when 6 seconds remain – Crossfade (smoothly blends songs together) IN-APP OPTIONS: * Mute button – instantly silence the music during your workout. * Pause workout – fully pauses both the workout and the music. Wenn ich ein eigenes Workout eingeben möchte, bekomme ich keine Musik dazu. Außerdem springt die App immer wieder zum voreingestellten Workout zurück. Man hat zu wenig Wahlmöglichkeiten. L'interface date des années 60, aucun suivi de l'effort ni n'interaction avec le centre de santé d'Apple et aucune application AppleWatch. De plus, il y a un GROS bug : quand l'application est en mémoire, non utilisée, elle bloque 100% l'utilisation de Siri ! ### 4/5 — Tut was sie soll *2015-03-04* Mit der App kann man individuelle Intervallpläne erstellen. Jeder Plan bekommt einen eigenen Namen, innerhalb eines Planes kann jedes Intervall einzeln verändert werden. Ausserdem kann man eine Playlist erstellen, die die App dann direkt abspielt. Während der Erholungsphasen wird die Musik sehr leise gestellt. Sehr praktisch! Man ist also nicht auf die Signaltöne beim Übergang der Phasen angewiesen. Noch besser wäre: - Kopiermöglichkeit der Pläne - Import/Export von Plänen - "Abhaken" von Plänen, bzw. zählen, wie oft man sie gemacht hat. C'est détestable d'être coupé dans sa musique préférée après un bon sprint.. Aujourd'hui, j'ai voulu supprimer une des listes d'entrainement que j'avais créer moi même et plof, impossible de recharger l'application. Tout a beugé. Si l'application n'a pas les capacités de supprimer une liste, ne nous en donner pas la possibilité, svp! Ouf! Ils sont hyper réactifs quand on leur remonte un beug.
