About

Auto-sync selected Apple Health workouts to Strava—only the runs, rides, walks, and other workouts that match your rules. WorkoutPort is built for Apple Watch and Health app users who want controlled Strava uploads instead of a simple sync switch. Connect Strava once, preview matching workouts, then sync now or let eligible workouts upload automatically in the background. Strava sync: - Send long runs and rides to Strava, but skip short walks, commutes, warmups, test recordings, or private workouts. - Filter uploads by workout type, date, weekday, distance, duration, active calories, GPS route, source app, and recorded device. - Create separate Strava rules for running, cycling, walking, strength, indoor workouts, route-only workouts, and more. - Preview which Health workouts match before enabling auto-sync. - Upload selected workouts manually whenever you want. - Retry failed uploads, skip likely duplicates, review sync status, and switch or disconnect your Strava account. Why use WorkoutPort: - More control over what leaves Apple Health. - Better handling for selected past workouts and filtered batches. - Local FIT, GPX, TCX, CSV, and Markdown backups when you want portable workout files. - Clear upload status, duplicate checks, and manual fallback options. Workout details and backup: Open a workout to inspect route maps, heart rate, pace, power, cadence, elevation, energy, splits, source, device, gear, and photos where Health provides the data. Export single workouts or filtered batches to FIT, GPX, TCX, CSV, and Markdown ZIP. Share files through Files, iCloud Drive, AirDrop, email, spreadsheets, and fitness platforms that accept standard workout files. Import preview: WorkoutPort can preview GPX, TCX, and FIT files before writing to Health. Health writes require explicit confirmation, duplicate checks, and clear warnings. Privacy: Health data stays on device unless you export a file, connect Strava, share a workout, or confirm a Health import. WorkoutPort does not include analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or tracking.
