### 3/5 — App purchase glitches

*2025-09-16, version 2.13.0*

Every once in a while, the app will ask me to put it on my goal information when I have already done it. It doesn’t even ask me to renew purchase, it has my information already. Now I’m getting charged twice as if I never signed up

### 3/5 — Good but glitchy needs custom workouts

*2025-03-22, version 2.13.0*

Overall it’s a good app with helpful workouts. I want to see the ability for me to create custom workouts with the exercises I choose. Like a “you pick” four to five exercises fit an ab workout. Show the muscle group it targets as well. Example for ab workouts group the exercises by upper, lower l, and obliques for abs. I can choose workouts that all don’t need equipment for when I’m at home. Also get rid of the stupid “coach has a gift for you” notifications. Instead just say reminder to workout or something.

### 1/5 — App keeps forgetting I subscribed

*2025-02-25, version 2.12.0*

Every time I open the app after a few hours, it forces the initial setup then goes to the subscribe screen even though I purchased a yearly subscription.

The app can be minimally used but requires going through that initial setup, rejecting an extra subscription, after which all progress is deleted.

Please fix or refund the subscription.

### 2/5 — Exercises good, but ad misleading

*2025-02-25, version 2.12.0*

The app showing a 28-day challenge was misleading. There are a bunch of exercises, but it’s not really what I purchased. The app has some bugs with design and could use some dashboard updates. Also I said I’d be working out at home and 1-2 exercises each day require equipment only found at the gym.

### 1/5 — Not suitable for planning

*2025-02-25, version 2.12.0*

I have downloaded it after a google search and it was clearly stated that after you do the check list ( height, weight etc) it will make a custom plan for your need but unfortunately it doesn’t do that.
After 10 minutes of filling the check list, you have random exercises that you can choose.

### 3/5 — Not what I was expecting

*2025-02-11, version 2.12.0*

Overall the app lacks a lot of stuff.
-It has a bug in iOS that when you open a workout program and go back to the main page, the workout pictures will distort.
-Lacks guidance as to how and when to follow which workouts, I don’t want to spend 2 hours working out like a headless chicken. For me as a first time user of an app like this I don’t know if I should do a workout of each, only 1 of all, or how to.
-Even though I selected ‘at home’ workouts because I lack dumbbells and barbells well in the workouts I selected there are still exercises with these or other equipment that you don’t find ‘at home’ maybe prompt the user to select what equipment they have and suggest workouts based on that and eliminate or hide the ones that don’t.

### 1/5 — Bad

*2025-02-07, version 2.12.0*

Terrible app needs a lot of work

### 1/5 — Not great

*2025-02-04, version 2.12.0*

Videos don’t share for single leg exercises such as lunges to switch legs. Duplicate workouts back to back days on the calisthenics workout- terrible for your body. Times are way off from actual completion time of workouts. Misleading- good old FB and IG marketing got me, lesson learned again.

### 1/5 — Bait and switch

*2025-01-06, version 2.12.0*

This app says it has an at home option but the exercises provided have to be completed at a gym as very few people would have the equipment at home. It’s misleading, the interface doesn’t provide much user choice after initial setup. Not a good app.

### 1/5 — Dissatisfied

*2024-12-17, version 2.12.0*

Very disappointed in this app. Ads on FB showed chair workouts and after going through the 20 questions and specifically saying home workouts I got a plan that included gym equipment and not a single chair exercise. Wasted my money.

### 2/5 — Not as advertised

*2024-12-16, version 2.12.0*

Ok, but not as interactive as or easy to track progress advertised.
App interface is hard to use and bugs with screen size mismatch.

### 3/5 — Not a bad app

*2024-12-11, version 2.12.0*

I’ve been using this app for a couple of years now and find it very useful for keeping me on track during my workout.
I use it every time I work out and the timer between sets and exercise videos do a decent job.
There are multiple routines varying in difficulty for each body part as well as full body workouts if you haven’t got access to a gym (I don’t use the meal plan as have MyFitness app).
If you use this app properly and stick to a decent schedule and know a bit about what you are doing (I’ve been training for years) it’s a good guide and accountability tool.
Negatives are that some of the workout reps are inconsistent with the exercise level and some of the exercises are out of sync.
I get the impression this has been put together by someone who doesn’t train and it hasn’t been checked thoroughly by a qualified PT, which is pretty inexcusable for a paid exercise app.
However, if you are like me and know what you are doing in the gym and want to not have to think about your routine in advance, and then track the rest between sets, this does the job.

### 1/5 — Rubbish Don’t buy

*2024-12-01, version 2.12.0*

I purchased this because it said you could do a home workout. I put in working out from home and when it came to the workout section it is gym based. Exactly what I didn’t want. A total rip off
Don’t bother with this app

### 1/5 — Muy malo

*2024-12-01, version 2.12.0*

Después de pagar el plan, no tengo acceso a nada más que los programas abiertos. Entonces, ¿qué?

### 3/5 — Please answer

*2024-11-23, version 2.12.0*

When it comes to workouts do I just finish all the workouts in the boulder shoulder program or is it one workout per day or 2 workouts per day or what ?

### 1/5 — Ughh

*2024-11-22, version 2.12.0*

For context, I’m stationed overseas in Bahrain. So the WiFi isn’t the greatest or as ubiquitous as it is stateside. Which presents a problem because you can’t use the app without an internet connection. My workout is effectively tethered to the internet. Why am I paying for an app that I can’t use unless I’m connected to the internet? Why can’t it save my data and push it to the servers when I reconnect?

I selected workouts to do at home thinking at most I would need a way to do pull-ups. Nope, first exercise requires dumbbells. Seriously at home workouts for $30 requiring gym equipment.

### 2/5 — Waste of money

*2024-11-17, version 2.12.0*

Was good for a week and then quit working. Had to go through all the questions again and get the app working correctly. And then it crashed again and quit working. What a waste of my time.

### 3/5 — Has potential to be great

*2024-11-14, version 2.12.0*

The exercises are demonstrated well. The app is a little glitchy. Scrolling is not smooth. Some exercises say to do X number of reps (e.g., planks) instead of saying hold for X number of seconds. Other exercises are in sets of 3, like lunges, but the demonstration shows only one side at a time, so it’s unclear if the user should alternate legs.

### 2/5 — Very inconsistent

*2024-11-08, version 2.12.0*

Workouts have very little guidance. Videos are basic with zero information about form. There is some written instruction but these are either incomplete, missing and generally inconsistent

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Poor apps

*2026-02-24, version 2.14.0*

I subscribe to a 12 weeks program, honestly the plan was poor. Poorly designed program which maybe TikTok or YouTube can offer better training.

I paid mine so I can say: Don’t waste your money.

### 1/5 — Not Good

*2026-01-22, version 2.14.0*

1) Once I get as done my initial wave of workouts (12-18 sessions), I could not find another set/level of workouts, even though I paid for three months. 2) There is nothing ob the app except for the workout plans and an optional ($) nutrition plan. Nothing to explain how the app works, no progress tracker, etc.

### 1/5 — Misleading

*2026-01-08, version 2.14.0*

I paid for this app because it gave the impression that it helps with meal plans. It wasn’t cheap already at $29.99 but figured if meal plans are included it’ll be worth it. Nope! Meal plans are an additional $19.99 on top! If that was clear before purchasing I most likely wouldn’t have purchased it. I guess that’s how they get you. Now I’m trying to get a refund because I’m completely turned off by the app and I’m having a hard time. The workouts are pretty basic stuff anyway.

### 1/5 — Worst app ever

*2025-10-15, version 2.13.0*

Once you provide all your details it will ask for payment and even after payment is made the app does not let you to proceed and forces you to get an annual subscription. And after all this you still don’t get your personalized plan

### 1/5 — I wish i had read the reviews before paying

*2025-08-03, version 2.13.0*

Really disappointed with this app i paid for the excercise and meal plan! So finally decided to get into shape and eat healthier thinking the app would support this when in actual fact it's the complete opposite you don't know when to do the exercises as it just gives you a certain amount on each part of your body after the quiz it sounds like they are gonna keep you right but as soon as you've paid that's when you get nothing complete daylight robbery i want my money back and i'm cancelling with immediate effect.. Also the eating part of the app is almost impossible no shopping list and you can't get alternatives it's what they give and that's it pretty much every meal is fish i don't even like fish but as i say there's no way to select any alternatives

Absolute scam

### 1/5 — Garbage

*2025-04-08, version 2.13.0*

Hardly anything different with the premium vs fee. I feel robbed. Couldn’t get my money back from Apple. Waste of $59!!

### 1/5 — Holding information after subscription is expired

*2025-04-07, version 2.13.0*

I paid for the app for one month. When I went back to the app to review my routine a month later, it made a user purchase. So, I'm guessing once you pay for that month, you have to screenshot routines that this company will hide so you can dish out more money.

### 1/5 — App loses progress

*2025-03-23, version 2.13.0*

Second time it lost how many workouts I did and where I was at for progress. Then it requires about 5-10 minutes of questions to get back in. A COMPLETE DEMOTIVATOR TO USING THE APP.

### 1/5 — Waste of money

*2025-03-11, version 2.13.0*

Limited to 6 workout option. All of which are basic. Not worth any money and a scam.

### 1/5 — Not worth it

*2025-03-02, version 2.12.0*

App has like 5 workouts to chose from with absolutely no trail period. Do not waste your time, there are better apps out there

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Dope app to take out the guessing

*2024-10-22, version 2.12.0*

Easy to follow. Don’t always have time to gather, draw up and figure out routines for each body part and shuffle them so I don’t plateau and this app takes that guessing out of it. Switches up so if your doing legs on mondays, chest on tuesdays, back on wednesdays, you can cycle thru this program different days for an amazing 12 week program and pump. Adjusting ur weights and keeping track of ur own progress should be easily included in the app, a space to jot down numbers that’s all that’s missing. But I love the programs. Don’t cheat urself. Increase those weights weekly. Do about six programs each week (chest, legs, arms, back, core, shoulders) for 12 weeks, then you can do some of the others like at home, calisthenics, muscle building, fat burning, for additional weeks. It really gives you ah Years program you can cycle thru. Make the necessary changes to the weights and exercises pending on what you have at home, to change your body and life. 🫡✊🏿🔥

### 5/5 — Help

*2024-07-08, version 2.12.0*

I am new to the app as of today! Kinda disappointed this app don’t tell u what days to do certain workouts. Cause I’m confused on what days I should do what. Really could use the guidance.

### 5/5 — My dream work out app

*2024-01-21, version 2.9.1*

I love the app because I feel it keeps me on time during my workout and gets me doing a range of exercises more than I did before. Which gives me an overall feeling of fitness.

Can you please add the ability to input the amount of weight for each exercise so I know how much to increase the weight by each time. The app could potentially track how many calories burnt if it knows how much weight was lifted each exercise.

I’d also like to see my workouts appear on an in app calendar that lets me visually see which days I trained and see which muscle group was trained on which days. Clicking on a historical work out should let me go back and see exactly what I did in a previous work out. It would also be good to be able to enter diary notes on the calendar each day and record any random notes related to the work out such as how I was feeling that day and any other messages to myself.

I got lots of other ideas to
