The button doesn‘t work. ### 2/5 — don’t pay for this app! *2023-12-01, version 1.4.1* Subscribed to pay for premium content but it didn’t unlock after taking payment ### 2/5 — No route? *2023-08-17, version 1.4.1* Would have been nice if the route was incorporated somehow. Looks like this app is at end of life now. Oh well. ### 3/5 — The concert burned calories to food function is not working *2022-02-13, version 1.4.1* The concert burned calories to food function is not working 🥲 ### 2/5 — Not connecting *2020-12-31, version 1.4.1* Not connecting with Runkeeper at all even after I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. ### 3/5 — 12 options *2020-10-21, version 1.4.1* Only 12 “themes” to choose from. Each theme has a preset format and number of metrics it displays. This leaves little room for personalization. I’d suggest adding ‘custom themes’ where the user selects what metrics they want to include and the format. Also ability to add text NOT attached (super small) to the bottom of the metrics stamp. I can immediately tell who’s using WorkoutSnap because the selection is so limited...Give me more customization. Love the strava sync. ### 3/5 — Overall decent app *2020-06-16, version 1.4.1* I like the simple and quick way to edit my photos with my workout stats. However, even with premium the color combinations is limited. I would like to have colored background opacity, currently it is only black or white ### 4/5 — ヘルスケアから手書き入力できない *2020-06-14, version 1.4.1* 概ね満足していますが、手入力時ヘルスケアから取得しようとするとアプリが落ちてしまいます。 ### 2/5 — Worked great then stopped *2020-05-04, version 1.4.0* The app worked great initially syncing with my Runkeeper data, and then the next time (May 2nd) it quit working. Have only had the app for about two weeks. Please fix this!!! I have deleted and reinstalled the app, disconnected and reconnected Runkeeper...so incredibly frustrating!!! ### 4/5 — Fantastic *2020-04-21, version 1.4.0* I love this app. One thing though is can u add some cycling stickers ### 3/5 — 接続不具合ですか？ ### 4/5 — Great app ... but *2020-04-05, version 1.4.0* I’ve been using this app for a while and love it - however recently when I try and add text it has a black background and black text and I can’t see it !! It saves ok - but doesn’t make it easy for editing ☹️. I’m running iPhone 11 and 13.4 ### 3/5 — Text editing bug since last upgrade *2020-01-16, version 1.4.0* I have noticed a bug that seems to have appeared since the last upgrade. When editing text on a picture from Strava, I can’t move the cursor up to delete pre-entered text. The text is hidden off of the screen and I can’t move to it. I just have to backspace and assume the text deleted. I paid for this app and this is very frustrating. Bastante complicado contactar al desarrollador, en fin ### 1/5 — It’s dead *2024-11-16, version 1.4.1* Apparently the app is dead? Can’t access anything, it’s just blank. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t even open on iPhone pro 13 *2021-12-16, version 1.4.1* Just hangs. ### 1/5 — I miss FitSnap *2021-05-15, version 1.4.1* So gutted- I loved Fitsnap- was so simple and easy with nice fonts. This app is awful. Fonts terrible. The writing takes up too much room in the photo. PLEASE BRING BACK FITSNAP 😭😭😭 ### 1/5 — Paid for full use *2020-07-12, version 1.4.1* I paid for full use ad free and all premium option including future options. I still have padlocks on several current features. If you are not goi g to stand by your product please issue a refund. ### 1/5 — Disappointing *2020-06-04, version 1.4.1* I wanted to love this app. I really did. I’ve been jealous of other runners in my running groups who were posting their running pics with their stats. So imagine how disappointed I was when the stats I pulled over from Fitbit were very wrong. Off by minutes. Ugh ### 1/5 — Strava Gone *2019-10-26, version 1.2.8* I used to love this app but now it doesn’t connect with strava anymore :( is a fix coming soon? ### 1/5 — Since upgrade no conversion to miles *2019-10-24, version 1.2.8* No miles ### 1/5 — Connecting to Strava *2019-10-22, version 1.2.8* Every time I try to connect to Strava it will not load workout stats. Please tell me this is being fixed ### 1/5 — Something has changed *2019-10-19, version 1.2.7* No data loading from Strava ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Such a cool app *2022-07-25, version 1.4.1* Fun way to create workout pictures ### 5/5 — Love it! *2022-01-02, version 1.4.1* Love the app. Simple and exactly what I was looking for. I just wish there were more themes or other ways to customize them. ### 5/5 — Great app! *2020-09-18, version 1.4.1* Crashes on iOS 14 when I tried to add “Health” data. But iOS 14 was just released yesterday so still 5 stars! *2020-06-11, version 1.4.1* 如題 ### 5/5 — 很有趣鸭 *2019-12-02, version 1.3.1* 支持下运动软件keep 谢谢 ### 5/5 — Strava Upload *2019-11-08, version 1.3.0* The Strava upload feature hasn’t been working last 4 days. Just ‘spins’ after selecting Strava icon. UPDATE (11/7/2019): reupdated app and everything is working great again. Appreciate the quick response. Customer care matters! ### 5/5 — Issue now sorted. *2019-11-06, version 1.3.0* Issue now sorted, good app. ### 5/5 — Top app in its class!!! *2019-11-03, version 1.2.9* Be great to have garmin stats sync and also a tab for OCR (obstacle course racing) with quotes!!
