I’m a Project Manager for a restaurant chain in Puerto Rico. Our ISP chose Plume devices.  I’ve had nothing but issues with the app, profiles, configurations, system settings. Login in and working with the app is horrible. Everything takes so long to do and I can’t drill down on things id like to see. 

The lack of UX/UI to be able to restrict or confirm things is horrible. Feels like an iOS 2 app.

WorkPass is wonderful for our business, easy access for guests and allows for separation of environments for employees and secure devices
