WorkPay Notes is a simple tracker for anyone paid by the hour or by the day — waiters, baristas, hairdressers, drivers, freelancers, tradespeople. Log a workday in seconds, add your tips, subtract your expenses, and see exactly what's landing in your pocket.

### 1.7 — 2026-08-21

Meet WorkPay Pro — for people who juggle more than one job:
• Multiple employers, each with their own rates, color and totals
• Split a day between two employers, with separate pay and paid marks
• Per-employer reports: hand every employer a PDF with only their days
• Unlimited PDF reports, CSV export, App Lock, any report period

Also: expenses your employer owes you now count toward your total, and PDF reports got a cleaner, more readable layout.

### 1.6 — 2026-08-03

Split shifts are here.

Work mornings and evenings with a long unpaid break in between? Set your first start and your last finish, then add a gap for each break. Your hours, overtime and night pay are still counted once for the whole day — and the PDF timesheet lists every block on its own line, so your employer can check it.

Also in this update:

• Plan ahead. Got your rota? Log those days now. They show as Planned and are never included in an exported PDF, so the report you show your employer only ever contains days you have actually worked.

• Fixed: a report for the 1st–30th no longer counted the 1st of the next month. This affected weekly and monthly reports too.

• A new guide section explains split shifts and planning, in your language.

### 1.5.1 — 2026-07-05

• Live iCloud sync — your changes now appear on your other iPhone almost instantly, not just when you reopen the app.
• New timesheet PDF (the big one): export a clean report of your HOURS only — worked hours, overtime, night hours, breaks and away days — with no money on it, so you can prove the hours you worked to your employer.
• Added Simplified Chinese — that's 17 languages now.
• Fixed the calendar month arrows and tidied up the PDF layout.

• Hourly by time: enter your shift start and end — WorkPay counts your hours, night rate and overtime for you.
• Lunch break: set your break and the unpaid time is removed automatically.
• Away allowance (fuori zona): a per-day amount for working out of zone.
• Daily reminders: log your work day right from the notification, in one tap.
• In-app language picker — 16 languages.
• PDF reports in 16 languages, with your name — handy proof for your employer.
• Redesigned Settings and a built-in "How to use" guide.
