Very inconvenient and simple fix if your it department actually does its job. Now fluctuate my money so I have a better return. ### 1/5 — Not user friendly *2025-03-17* Out of all of the investment apps that I use for either my IRA’s, personal accounts or 401k, this one is the worst. All this app does is basically tell me what my investment balance is. ### 1/5 — Cannot log in *2025-01-30* Installed this app, attempted login. Received error code. Attempted several more times, making sure user name, password and verification code were accurately submitted. Error code every time. I deleted the app. ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2024-03-15* Can’t verify to log in. I get an error with no explanation. ### 1/5 — Frustrated *2023-12-19* Lacking technology!! I deleted and closed the app restarted phone everything. Rep on phone told me to use this app. No wonder it has a horrible rating. There is not option to like submit the code or some something. You are just stuck staring at the login code screen. ### 1/5 — Won’t open my account *2023-09-06* I log in with password, you send me a verification code which I type in, and it crashes. ### 1/5 — App crashes upon attempting login *2023-07-18* I sought an app from American Century to help me view an account change (as I received a notification by email). However, attempting to log into this application, after submitting my 2FA code, I received an unknown error, “NA”. Closing the app and reopening it didn’t help.
