I click don’t challenge device and constantly have to recertify my device. Very inconvenient and simple fix if your it department actually does its job. 

Now fluctuate my money so I have a better return.

Out of all of the investment apps that I use for either my IRA’s, personal accounts or 401k, this one is the worst. All this app does is basically tell me what my investment balance is.

Installed this app, attempted login. Received error code. Attempted several more times, making sure user name, password and verification code were accurately submitted. Error code every time. I deleted the app.

I go to sign in get my code and there’s nowhere to click submit ! I deleted and closed the app restarted phone everything. Rep on phone told me to use this app. No wonder it has a horrible rating. You have all this money for fees but can’t make a stupid app work ????

I put in my user and pass word, it makes me hit a button to send me a security code, then I type it in right. There is not option to like submit the code or some something. You are just stuck staring at the login code screen.

I sought an app from American Century to help me view an account change (as I received a notification by email). However, attempting to log into this application, after submitting my 2FA code, I received an unknown error, “NA”. Closing the app and reopening it didn’t help. 

The American Century website linked as “Support” on the App Store lists a telephone number (not open 24/7) for “assistance with the website, including log in issues”—but not for technical glitches in the app.
