This was the worst possible choice for my company as far as ELD apps go! If you use this I hope you never get checked by D.O.T. there are far better choices in this realm of ELD apps! Obviously this is the cheapest option.

Several times I have logged out. And it shows off duty. Then the next day it shows I was on duty and never went off duty. There is nowhere that you can dispute. You need to accept the errors and hope the mto has mercy.

As a user of Verizon WorkPlan, I must express my disappointment with the app's overall performance and functionality. Despite its potential to streamline work processes, the app falls short in several key areas, making it more of a hindrance than a helpful tool.

First and foremost, the user interface is far from user-friendly. Navigating through the app feels clunky, slow and unintuitive, with menus and options buried beneath layers of unnecessary complexity.

One of the most egregious shortcomings of Verizon WorkPlan is its inability to easily edit logs. In a work environment where accuracy and accountability are paramount, the inability to quickly and effectively modify log entries is simply unacceptable.

I thought Verizon’s reveal ELD app was bad, this is way worse. Everything is more difficult than it should be. I’m not even the one paying for it and I still feel like I’m being ripped off.

This app is quite possibly the worst I have ever used.

Not only is is super glitchy, but it is also painful to use.

This app destroys battery life like no other, from 100% battery to 30%, without more than 2 hours of driving.

The support people don’t seem to know what to suggest other than uninstalling the app, and then reinstalling it.

You can’t change the units from miles to km.

Error messages constantly displayed without being able to see what they are.

Ridiculous notifications when not using the app.

So so so much more issues that aren’t even worth listing. 

Throw this app in the trash, and good luck to any poor souls forced to use it for work.
