## What is WorkRota?

WorkRota is staff scheduling built for independent bars and restaurants. Managers build the week in minutes from templates that match how the bar actually runs. The crew sees every shift on their phones the moment the schedule publishes, and every phone pings, so "I didn't see it" is over.

Staff trade shifts themselves: post a shift, a teammate claims it, and nothing changes until a manager taps approve. The message wall and direct messages replace the group text. Availability, open shifts, and labor costs, all in one app for the whole bar.

Track projected labor costs as you build the schedule, get warned before anyone hits overtime, and manage events alongside shifts.

Free for staff. No per-user fees, ever.
