## What is 力序WorkSet?

WorkSet is a weekly planner and rest-between-sets timer for strength training. Organize your week clearly, focus on the set in front of you, and keep rest countdowns and progress easy to see.

FEATURES

Weekly Plans
Build separate workouts for Monday through Sunday. Copy a day to other days, clear a day, and see estimated duration at a glance.

Action Library
Includes common exercises for chest, back, shoulders, legs, glutes, arms, and core. Add your own names, reps, rest, and notes. Filter by category, search, and reorder.

Workout Timer
Finish a set to start rest countdown. Skip rest, pause and resume, or reset. Optionally keep the screen on during training. Sessions save automatically when you finish.

Live Progress
While training, view the current exercise, set progress, and rest timer on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island without constantly opening the app.

History
Review completion time, total duration, and exercise details for each session. Delete one record or clear all.

Settings
Light or dark appearance, Chinese or English interface, haptics and sounds, and weight units in KG or LB.
