Worksite Pro is a B2B project-management and CRM app for roofing contractors. It gives any roofing company a single place to track every job from first knock to final payment — and each company works in its own private, isolated account.

Get started in minutes: sign up your company right from the app and your team gets its own workspace automatically, with no invitation or manual setup required.

Capture project photos and document scans in the field with a rapid-fire camera. Build retail and insurance estimates with line items from your company's price book. Send e-signature contracts to clients without leaving the app. Log payments and expenses, scan check and receipt images directly into project files, and review accounts-receivable aging buckets pulled from QuickBooks.

The canvassing map shows every door your team has knocked, color-coded by disposition. Drag a status chip onto a house pin or drop a new pin on the spot — reps can mark a knock in two seconds while standing on the sidewalk.

Reliability update for working in weak signal:

- Screens no longer hang on a loading spinner when service is poor - the app loads fast or tells you plainly what went wrong, and retries on its own when signal returns.
- Your projects and photos now open right away from the last time you viewed them, even with no service.
- Much easier on battery: the app stops hammering the network when there is no usable signal, and no longer keeps uploading in the background on a dead connection.
- Photos: further fixes so captures cannot get stranded on your phone, including automatic recovery of photos that already made it to the server.
- Photos added from your library now keep the date they were actually taken.

Photos that can't upload are no longer stuck for good: if a job was deleted or reassigned, the upload banner now says so and lets you move those photos to the right project in a couple of taps. Also fixes upload health reporting so the office is alerted the same day a phone has photos waiting, plus reliability improvements for uploads in weak service.

Uploads now resume instantly the moment signal returns. Document uploads — subcontractor files, team documents, and measurement reports — are now protected by the same offline queue as photos, so a dead zone or app switch can't lose them.
