## What is WorksiteCam?

WorksiteCam turns the photos your crew already takes into proof you can hand a client.

Every shot is stamped with the job, the location and the time it was taken. So when a client says the damage was already there, or asks what happened on Tuesday, the answer is one tap away instead of an argument.

STOP CHASING THE CREW FOR UPDATES
See what your crew shot the moment they shoot it. No phone calls, no end-of-day text threads, no photos stranded on somebody's camera roll.

SHOOT NOW, SYNC LATER
Job sites lose signal. The camera still opens, photos still get taken, and everything uploads itself the moment service comes back.

PROVE IT WASN'T ALREADY LIKE THAT
Every photo carries the time and place it was actually taken. Mark up a shot to circle a defect and the original is kept, so you always still have the clean frame.

ONE JOB, ONE PLACE
Jobs carry addresses, clients, statuses and crew. Find any job on the map by where it is, not by what someone called it. Filter and search across all of them.

CHECKLISTS AND TO-DOS
Build checklists with sections, custom fields, ratings and required proof photos. Assign them to your crew and watch completion in real time. Templates keep every job consistent.

QUOTE IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME
Estimates, reports and proof of work, filed against the job itself. Generate a branded report from a walkthrough in a couple of taps.

WORK WITH YOUR CREW
Assign crew to jobs, comment on photos, mention a colleague, and get notified when something changes. Everyone sees the same thing wherever they are.

AI THAT DOES THE PAPERWORK
Walkthrough summaries write themselves. Photos are checked for defects, missing components and safety concerns as they come in, so problems surface while the crew is still on site.

SHOW CLIENTS THE WORK
Build a portfolio of finished jobs. Share galleries with clients. Request and manage reviews from inside the app.

DOCUMENTS AND PAGES
Upload job files, scan paper documents straight into the job, and write rich-text pages with a built-in editor.

Built for crews who work in the field and need their documentation to be fast, reliable and reachable from anywhere.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.6.21 — 2026-08-24

• Send a report or a page straight to your client — email or text, branded, from your own company number. No exporting it and finding it again in your inbox.
• Download any report or page as a PDF.
• Every photo now carries its own time and location, so the record holds up as proof of when and where the work was done.
• A real flash, with auto, moved to the top of the camera where you can actually reach it.
• Sharper photos in poor light, and cropping or rotating no longer costs you the detail you took the shot for.
• The menu now matches the web app, screen for screen — same names, same order, so nothing is called one thing on your phone and another on your desk.
• Documents: every report, page and uploaded file across every job, in one list you can search.
• Checklists across all jobs — find the one you were told to finish without hunting for its job first.
• Estimates and Invoices for the whole company, each showing the client and the amount at a glance.
• Insights: photos this month against last, the last 30 days at a glance, and who has been shooting.
• Search, Clients, Messages and Time Tracking are in the menu at last — they were built, just unreachable.

### 1.6.9 — 2026-08-17

Sharing a portfolio, gallery, timeline or review link from the app now opens correctly for your customer. These links previously led nowhere.

Fixed a problem where a new account could hit errors with no explanation of what to do next.

Admins and managers can now turn AI Estimates on for the company from Settings.

“Convert to Report” now appears only on pages where it works.

Plus fixes and smaller improvements throughout the app.

### 1.6.7 — 2026-08-14

Clock in with proof you were there:

• Clocking in can now take a photo. The timesheet reads the location and time out of the photo's own file and marks the entry "Verified on site" — so a shift is backed by evidence, not by memory.

• Pick "Photo + Project" when you clock in and the photo is filed against the job it belongs to.

Timesheets:

• Admins and managers now see labour cost on the timesheet, priced at each crew member's rate and shown in your company's currency.

• Hours with no rate set are left out of the total and said so plainly, so the figure is never quietly short. Timesheet CSV exports carry the cost column.

Getting set up:

• Your setup progress now sits on the dashboard, with one clear next step at a time.

• "Put photos on 3 jobs" now counts jobs that actually carry photos, so the step means what it says.

### 1.6.6 — 2026-08-10

Reliability on bad-signal job sites:

• Photos shot with no service now keep retrying until they land, instead of giving up after a few minutes. Anything that does get stuck is listed under Settings › Uploads, where you can retry or clear it.

• Photos and video taken before GPS locks on are no longer lost — they upload themselves as soon as a location fix arrives.

• The camera now opens with no signal at all. Your recent jobs are kept on the device so you can still pick the right one.

Photos:

• Marking up a photo no longer replaces the original for good. The shot as taken is kept, and "Remove markup" puts it back.

• Photo grids and lists load faster and stop showing broken tiles on a weak connection.

Fixes:

• Task lists and documents on a job no longer stop at the first 20 — the rest are reachable, and searching a job's documents now searches all of them.

• Leaving a walkthrough now clearly says whether your photos are kept or deleted.

### 1.5.91 — 2026-08-06

Every photo now gets checked for problems, and photos are sharper:

• Photos are automatically checked for defects, missing components and safety concerns. Open a photo to see what was flagged and why.
• Photos are now taken at your camera's full resolution, so you can zoom right in on a crack, a serial number or a bad joint. They still appear in the job within about a second — the full-size original finishes uploading in the background.
• Tapping a photo in a job now opens the photo itself — who took it, when, where, and everything you can do with it — instead of jumping straight into markup. Markup is one tap away on the toolbar.
• Text and time stamps you add to a photo can now be pinched to resize and twisted to any angle, not just dragged around.
• Photo info now shows the GPS coordinates alongside the street address.
• Photos sit in a clean frame instead of running edge to edge behind the buttons.
• Docs now has a "+" to upload plans, permits and PDFs straight from the job, and To-Dos can file a checklist you already have.
• Documents opens on Pages, where walkthrough write-ups are saved.
• Clearer pause and resume while recording a walkthrough.
• Fixed: a photo you had just taken could show as a blank grey square in the job if the connection dropped for a moment. Your photo was always safely uploaded — now the tile keeps showing it.
• The Delete, Comment and Tag buttons in the photo editor are now labelled.
