## What is WorkTalk?

Hard conversations get easier when you've practiced them out loud.

WorkTalk is an AI-powered role-play coach for new and growing managers. Rehearse difficult workplace conversations with a realistic colleague, see how your approach lands, and try the challenging moment again before it matters in real life.

PRACTICE, DON'T JUST PREPARE

Choose a scenario or describe what's happening in your own words. Pick how your colleague should react, then begin the conversation out loud. Your simulated colleague answers in character and adapts to what you actually say. Rehearsals are voice-only, because saying it is the hard part.

REHEARSE REAL MANAGER MOMENTS

Practice conversations such as:
- Giving feedback to a former peer
- Saying no to a senior leader
- Resetting an availability boundary
- Explaining a promotion that isn't happening
- A difficult situation of your own

GET FEEDBACK YOU CAN USE

After each rehearsal, your coach reads back every moment you spoke:

- What landed
- Where your clarity slipped
- One practical thing to try next

There are no generic leadership scores and no "perfect" scripts. The feedback helps you communicate more clearly while keeping your own voice.

REWIND THE WOBBLE

Go back to a moment where you softened the message, over-explained, rushed, or lost the thread. Say it again from just before that point and see what changes.

BUILD CONFIDENCE THROUGH REPETITION

Revisit previous conversations and read them back as a chat, with the moments you fixed shown in place. WorkTalk helps you prepare for feedback, boundaries, accountability, and the other conversations managers often avoid.

Your first rehearsal is free. WorkTalk Pro unlocks unlimited practice.

WorkTalk provides communication practice, not legal, HR, medical, or mental-health advice. Avoid using real full names or confidential company information.
