It does not show the option to use the photo nor does it show up in the photos library unless I cancel out of taking a photo and try again. The photo then shows up in my list of photos to choose. Doing this process also sometimes has cancelling out of the photo go all the way out of the delivery I’m on and show that I haven’t even “arrived” yet at the delivery I had previously already clicked “arrived” on. Please fix these issues as it has caused many missed deliveries or throw out the order of deliveries. Thx ### 3/5 — Finger slip *2024-05-01, version 1.10.8* This app is ok but since using it for a about 2 months now I believe the “start route/end route” should not be anywhere near the bottom of the screen. It is really simple to hit that while using the iPhone and needing to swipe up to change between apps when in a hurry. Or when not in a hurry. It just happens. And it happens too many times. I know it gives you another option to close out your route and agreeing to a time, but to deal with that even 5 times a day is too many times. A top location or even a drop down top location would be better for something like this. ### 3/5 — Latest update slows everything *2023-03-26, version 1.10.5* The latest update on ios makes everything super slow. Have to wait 2-3 seconds between hitting end route to when you can actually swipe away maps and go back to workwave app. Then in the app it takes another 2-3 seconds to be able to interact with the menu aka the orders. When switching from the app to the map screen (happens on google maps and apple maps), the screen takes sometimes up to 10 seconds to load correctly. No this is not my phone problem as no other app causes my phone to behave this way. It only happens when WW is running. The previous build had none of these problems on the same phone and worked fine. So something in the code is causing this. Addresses are a vital part of routing software - Stop asking for reviews every time you op m the app. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Thieves, literal vultures. *2025-04-16, version 1.11.4* This is a useless app. It does literally nothing. It’s set up to look like it does something, but it does nothing and you have to take a college course in order to supposedly use an app that does nothing. ### 1/5 — Barely Functional *2025-01-10, version 1.11.3* We NEED our drivers be able to see our depots in the app. It’s crazy that that’s not a native function. It uses Google Maps and the desktop dispatcher version uses HERE maps so I get it but not having the choice or including a function for our drivers to see our depots almost kills the functionality. Any address with a unit number will have a “(“ at the end of the google maps pin that needs to be manually deleted. And now the photo for each delivery will not latch the first time. I have to click “add image” twice for the photo to appear. ### 1/5 — Cannot rely on Coordinates from the app or correct time *2022-12-13, version 1.10.3* This app will dump you in the middle of a school, constantly brings up the incorrect gps coordinates, needs to be double checked and searched in whatever map app you use and to kick it off, any time over 10 minutes is 5 minutes off and anything over 20 minutes is 15-20 off. It never pulls the right gps information any more and no longer updates the correct times. It’s never been good but now it’s straight bad. This app is missing off roughly 3 hours of time per shift of 8 hrs or more. ### 1/5 — Driver *2022-10-27, version 1.10.2* Abuse of private life on your own phone. All misleading, you let an app control your route, hours, delays, etc… This is when AI takes over as imposed by your director. Perfect when you want to be slowed down….on purpose. By the way it’s illegal to drive with a phone in hands. Crashes and unable/impossible to open on IOS 16.1….pure junk…try to work with such garbage app imposed by some pencil pusher with too much free time on his hands. ### 1/5 — Crushing a lot *2022-10-26, version 1.10.2* After the last update the app is not working anymore, every time I log in it kicks me out. ### 1/5 — No way to add stops on the phone app and app is buggy. *2022-08-22, version 1.10* There is not an option to add stops while on the go. Its not all the time the same driver gets the same pickups and drop offs. Things like where customers prefer their packages delivered. Or, gate codes for gated communities so we don’t have to unearth them every time. 2- When the customer isn’t home we send a standard text to the client. A few keystrokes could be saved if there was an option to send a preprogrammed text with with one push of the button instead of going through the menu and copying and pasting each time. I know, it’s a finicky request, but those little inefficiencies add up over a day. Also, the interface needs one small change: on the signature page the delete button is exactly where clients intuitively expect the enter button to be. 90% of the time they hit delete before they realize what they are doing. Luckily you allowed us to back out of it. But it would be better if that button were the save button instead.
