The part of the app that questions when it can track, you does not like to work unless you have ,always tracking selected. ### 2/5 — Not a fan *2026-04-02* It's frustrating to have to switch tracking off each time. "Location only when using" doesn't work. You have to select "always" in order to use. I don't like the idea of constantly being tracked and having to remember to switch tracking off after each use. Also when I'm just driving around near a work site, it automatically clocks me in. It could be better. AVOID *2026-03-04, version 26.2.23* This app sucks!!! Hi-jacks your phone if you refuse to turn on location services and notifications. I work out of my home and every time I leave my house, even to walk my dog, when I come home, it auto clocks in and if it’s after hours, I can’t clock out. I’ve wasted more of my time trying to get past this to submit legitimate time because it gets stuck. Talked to the administrator and claims there’s nothing they can do individually, that’s it’s system wide because they have to have it for all other team members. Solution: Remove App. CLUNKY. TEDIOUS. LABORIOUS. We are a GC in business 30 yrs and wanted features they offered. After sales calls we thought this software would fit our company. They convinced us to prepay for an “annual subscription” up front and promised a 30 day money back guarantee. 9/15/2024 Zach was helpful, he quoted $3032 (a discount) for 12 users annually (we had to add 1 more user as they require a non functioning user subscription just for admin). We purchase believing the software would work but feeling assured we could cancel, and surely would not be charged for a full year!!! Our onboarding was 9/24/24 (I would assume this is the beginning of us “using the software”) but they might use the purchase date even though we had no idea how to use it. During this period after 9/24 I notified the company via their online chat support (speaking with Yesenia) that the features didn’t meet our requirements and that we wanted to cancel. Yesenia confirmed this via email, by stating my request to cancel a “few weeks” before. This email was on 10/14 to Matthew Davidson which confirmed our wishes to cancel his email to me, Dylan Sewell and Yesenia. He included a cancellation form which I explained I didn’t see at first, then filled it out 11/1/24. Dylan Sewell now states they are not obligated to refund our money because we didn’t cancel within the 30 day window. It accurately accounts the mileage and time at each location and while driving - ensuring we are allocating and billing all available hours. Previously, the mileage reports were an honor system. We got too big, too fast, and it wasn’t sustainable. As soon as we implemented Workyard, the number of miles reported to us were substantially lower. On top of all that, it’s been very helpful to get a view of my team on map. The miles saved is innumerable.
