## What is WorkyEtta?

Etta is an energy and resource management platform built for businesses, facilities, and multi-site operators who need full visibility over what they consume — and what it costs them.

Connect your meters, IoT devices, and utility data sources in one place, and turn raw readings into clear decisions. Whether you run a single building or a portfolio of plants, Etta gives you the live data, alarms, and reports you need to cut waste, stay compliant, and reach your sustainability targets.

WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH ETTA

• Monitor electricity, gas, and water consumption across every meter point
• Track electricity production from your own generation assets
• Manage IoT devices and define automated rules and alerts
• Set up alarms for abnormal consumption, threshold breaches, or device offline events
• Follow real-time cold chain temperatures and humidity for sensitive operations
• Measure carbon footprint and emissions performance over time
• Compare market electricity prices and tariff scenarios
• Run reactive power and netting analysis
• Count people across zones for occupancy and capacity planning
• Manage plants, zones, and meter points in a single hierarchy
• Issue and follow work orders tied to assets
• Generate reports for management, compliance, and audits
• Get clear KPIs through customizable dashboards and the Control Tower view
• Ask the built-in AI Assistant questions about your data in plain language

WHO IT'S FOR

• Energy managers and sustainability teams
• Facility and operations managers
• Multi-site retailers, factories, hotels, and hospitals
• Eligible consumers managing their own electricity supply
• Maintenance teams that need consumption data alongside their work orders

REAL-TIME, MOBILE-FIRST

Etta is designed to work wherever you are. Receive push notifications when an alarm fires. Drill down from a portfolio view to a single meter in seconds. Approve, comment, and act on issues without waiting to be back at your desk.

SECURE BY DESIGN

Your data is encrypted in transit. Role-based access controls let you decide exactly who sees what. Audit trails capture every change.

REQUIREMENTS

An active Etta account is required to use the application. Contact your administrator or visit workybe.com to learn more.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.0.3 — 2026-09-17

NEW
• Three new Overview cards: Bill Breakdown (energy, distribution, taxes and funds), Compensation Status and Hourly Netting.
• Today's Recommendation is now based on your real data: reactive overage, penalty risk, top-consuming facility and alarms, with one tap to the related screen.
• Unit Cost Calculation under Consumption Allocation: calculate the period unit cost and weighted average from main meter readings and bill amounts.
• Flow Diagram tab in facility details: see your energy assets on a diagram, with the last 30 days' energy balance, payback calculation, "Is my solar plant enough?" and storage scenarios.
• Per-facility water breakdown table in Water Monitoring: main water, treated, used from treatment and treatment waste.

IMPROVEMENTS
• Refreshed Water Monitoring: main meter and treatment on one trend chart with unusual days highlighted; the comparison card shows the facility's ranking.
• Period-over-period change and a self-sufficiency indicator on measurement point details; Excel actions grouped under one Export menu.
• Historical data is imported automatically when a device is mapped; water and energy meters are detected automatically.
• Water, gas and fuel screens open faster.
• Shorter chart date labels that are easier to read on phones; the monthly consumption chart on Overview shows large values in MWh.
• New app icon.

FIXES
• Fixed the daily average in the all-facilities view of water, gas and fuel monitoring.
• Fixed the treatment total being able to exceed the main meter.
• Fixed the account selection screen loading twice at sign-in.
• Fixed dropdown menus appearing behind dialogs and the wrong logo briefly showing on the splash screen.
