To blow then you can’t level up the way you must to be competitive. So at least if nothing else fix it to where you play others who are in your range. Bc I do love the game and I dedicate many hours to it. If i had the $ then I would spend it. When I do I will. How hard is that to fix? ### 1/5 — 9 month player *2023-05-28, version 1.9.5* I don’t recommend this game. When I first started playing this game it was fun, but not anymore. This game crashes all the time and they want you to spend a lot of money $$$$$$ to upgrade players. The issues started when they added the WBS playoff tournament, single elimination tournament, daily league tournament and home run derby. I have been reporting these issues for the past 2 or 3 months. When I started playing this game you would collect coins and rubies to upgrade players now with the new tournaments you collect points and crowns to upgrade player. So when the game crashes you are charged with a loss and eliminated from the game. I have reported these issues, sent pictures and explained these issues. they respond by saying sorry for the inconvenience but you have reported these issues, we are aware of these issues, try restarting your device. In other words they are not going to fix issues or compensate for these issues they just want your money. ### 2/5 — Loved it!!! For a minute…. *2023-04-08, version 1.9.3* I loved this game at first… up to the point where you advance in to new stadiums (around stadium lvl 9-10) I found that at this point your players need a lot of $$$ upgrades to be competitive. So from this point on you will get matched with players you have zero chances of beating much less scoring any runs against. I have written several times about the same issue of being glitched out of any participation in Tournaments and nothing done at all after spending hundreds of dollars. It cost way too much to upgrade cards at this level. Once you get higher up you receive lower end cards and not enough of them. it is set up to be a money game for the most part, which is too bad because it’s a pretty fun game. Be that as it may, I have recently starting losing games that I have won because of my internet disconnection. To be clear my internet does not disconnect from my phone I’m still receiving text messages and phone calls while playing on my WiFi all my calls and texts are wifi generated. But the app keeps disconnecting while I’m on a winning streak and thus I’m eliminated in single and double elimination games because the app says I was disconnected from the app even when I won the game the app even tells me I won the game and it will be graded as a win once I restart the app but when I restart the app it’s graded as a lost. Im beginning to feel like it’s a conspiracy and the app does nt want to me to win these tournaments which is silly because it’s just an emotional win. Im not really winning anything tangible. And with the amount of money Im spending on the app way more than people who acting place higher than me in these tournaments it makes absolutely no senses you would not want to keep a good paying customer happy. Please help and explain these weird internet disconnection losses. However, if an opponent decides to forfeit, the winner should be granted additional points for such an action. It ends up hurting your final score when opponents forfeit. I suggest that if your in a tournament, either you shouldnt be allowed to forfeit or if you do so, the winner should be granted additional points. Also, the strike zone doesnt line up, the ball may be just out of reach of the bat and still be called a strick at the bottom of the box. Please address this.
