I have started a new account but there is so many bugs and Ive been having some issues with the gameplay. However I can think of a few changes that would be good. 1) More flooring and wall options 2) instead of serving all meals to a table why not serve seperate meals, that way the food storage doesn’t build up and you can get tables cleared faster. 3) Less things costing so many diamonds. Like I get the point is for them to have ppl buy with real money but not it doesn’t really seem fair that you have to pay like $150 diamonds to get a new chef. ### 3/5 — A Freemium user’s worst nightmare *2026-01-07, version 3.5.0* The game is fun and good. Has a lot of customization options for your restaurant. The biggest complaint is that it is heavily gems dependent. Some chefs (and SEVERAL upgrades) are only possible through using gems. If you want to buy, it’s $11.50(!!!) per chef to purchase. If you want a free experience, it will take months maybe even years to purchase and upgrade. I have been playing since 2019 and still don’t have one. I wish there were efficient options to gather gems much like Clash of Clans (a far better freemium experience) but this game doesn’t really get updates anymore so it’s a wish at best. It’s also very hard to make progress after a while. Coming back to remove a star for being dead. Do something with this game. I spent lots of money and all of a sudden there are log in issues. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting techniques twice and nothing has resolved it. I went to the support centre only to be told the live support no longer exists for this game! I feel completely scammed. Years building up my game to abruptly not be able to play anymore. ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time!! *2025-09-17* This game is worthless once you get to a certain point. All of the good reviews are fake from the creator and the comments are all one word. They have it so it’s impossible to complete the events to get limited chefs and forces you to have to pay money if you want to advance or get the limited chefs. I downloaded this game several years ago and played it daily. After a while, food takes to long to prepare, you don’t make enough coins off of dishes, you can’t upgrade unless you have the tools which it does not disperse evenly. I have 180 tape and 0 of everything else bc it wants you to spend gems, which you have to use real money to buy. There should be an option to put items or “request” you need in a “box” or whatever so visitors can donate items you might need. After playing for a couple of years, the app crashed and never would open for over a year. I recently decided to try to see if it would open and it did. I’ve been playing for a few weeks now and the SOS is gone so you can no longer get help serving dishes and I can’t claim anymore bc my storage is full. Some things were cool improvements but there are bugs. Like for instance I can’t see half the people when they are moving. Only see the shadows. I reached out to support and was told this version is also no longer supported due to bandwidth issues.
