In order to at least cover these expenses, we need to have some kind of income to support us, otherwise the app wouldn't be published anymore. Showing an ad is a compromise, so the user can enjoy the app without paying, but the developer can still get a bit of revenue. If you travel for whatever reason this is the app you want. Not only does it tell you the time but it also give you the background photos and the information on the locations !!! And it’s not cheesy it’s modern clockwork at its best.
