## What is World Clocks 24?

When it's 3 PM here, what time is it there? World Clocks 24 shows every time zone side by side, with the UTC offset, the local date and when daylight saving time changes. A slider moves time forward or back 24 hours, a date picker jumps to any day, and every clock follows.

Use it to plan meetings, work out flight arrivals, and know who is awake before you call.

No account. No ads. No tracking. One purchase for Mac, iPhone, iPad and Apple Vision Pro.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Plan a meeting: drag the slider to 9 AM in Seattle and read Berlin, Bangalore and Tokyo at the same moment.
• Plan any day: tap the date at the top and pick one, up to months ahead. Every clock shows that day, with its own date when it is a different day there. "Today" brings you back.
• Know when the clocks change: each clock says when its daylight saving time starts or ends, for example "DST ends in 17 days (Oct 25)". Every zone follows its own rules, and zones without DST show nothing. Europe and the US change on different weekends, so for a week or so the London to New York difference shifts by an hour. Now you can see it coming.
• Add any place: search by city, country or abbreviation (Seattle, Mumbai, India, PST). Popular cities are listed first, and a new install offers one-tap starter clocks.
• Plan a trip: slide ahead to your landing time and see the time at home, at your layover and for whoever is picking you up.
• Keep people straight: label clocks "Mom", "Support" or "Partners".
• Read every detail: UTC offset, zone code (CEST, JST, AEDT), and hours ahead or behind you, shown next to every clock. Odd offsets like +5:45 and +12:45 are handled.
• Land on exact hours: the slider locks at "now" and at each whole hour, with a haptic tick on iPhone and iPad. Turn on "Show Time Zone on Slider" in Settings and it also names the zone you are moving into ("+9h AEDT").
• Make it yours: four fonts (System, Rounded, Serif, Monospaced), any text size, optional seconds, and your choice of date format (system, 25 Oct, Oct 25, 2026-10-25 or numeric). Prefer a cleaner list? Turn the DST notes off in Settings. On Mac, resize the window from one row to a full list.
• Your language: 21 languages, including Arabic, Bengali, Chinese, French, German, Hindi, Japanese, Spanish and Urdu. Pick one in Settings > Language and the whole app switches at once, no restart.
• Every screen: grows on iPhone Duo when you unfold it, and runs as a native glass window on Apple Vision Pro with large text and look-and-pinch controls.

BUILT FOR PEOPLE WHO WORK ACROSS ZONES
Remote teams, travelers, pilots and flight crews, traders, support desks, families spread across countries. If you often ask "what time will it be in X when it's Y in Z?", this answers it in one glance.

REQUIREMENTS
Mac (macOS 14 or later), iPhone and iPad (iOS 17 or later), Apple Vision Pro (visionOS 2 or later). Universal purchase: buy once, use on all four. Your clock list stays on your device.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.5 — 2026-10-23

New: iPhone Duo and Apple Vision Pro.

- iPhone Duo: World Clocks 24 now fills both screens. Unfold it and the clocks grow, so all your cities, offsets and DST dates are readable at a glance; fold it and it goes straight back.
- Apple Vision Pro: a native app, not an iPad copy. A glass window you can place anywhere in your room, with large text, big look-and-pinch targets and a clear slider. Same one purchase: if you own World Clocks 24 on iPhone, iPad or Mac, it is already yours.
- Everything else is the same: slider, any-date planner, DST dates, 21 languages. Nothing is stored about which screen you use.

### 1.4 — 2026-10-10

New: 21 languages, and an optional time zone readout on the slider.

- Now in 21 languages: Arabic, Bengali, Chinese (Simplified), English, French, German, Hausa, Hindi, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Marathi, Portuguese (Brazil), Russian, Spanish, Tamil, Telugu, Turkish, Urdu and Vietnamese. Choose in Settings > Language (or follow your device language); the app switches at once.

- Turn on Settings > Clock Display > Show Time Zone on Slider and the slider names the zone you are moving into: "+9h / AEDT" at rest, and "+2h (GST)" with the city underneath while you drag. It is off by default, so the slider looks as before until you switch it on.
- Your own clocks come first: if you already have a clock in that zone (CET or WAT, say), you see its code.
- Every hour on the slider has a real zone code, all year. Past UTC+14 or before UTC-12 it shows the zone with the same time of day (UTC+21 reads as UTC-3).
- The readout scales with your text size, and VoiceOver reads the zone name and code with the hours.

## Screenshots (1.4)
UPDATE 2026-10-09 (night): each class now has SEVEN frames; new frame 6 = "Speaks your language." / "21 languages. Switch any time in Settings." (Japanese UI, 8 clocks, +8h; captured from the language build with `-appLanguage ja -displaySeconds NO`), and "Pay once" moved to frame 7. Files: Screenshots/{iPhone-6.9,iPhone-6.7,iPad-13,macOS}/06_*7* and 07_*6*. Upload all 7 in file order.
Because the readout is optional, only ONE frame shows it (frame 4, caption "Optional: show the zone on the slider."); frames 1, 5, 6 show the default slider (hours only). Frames 2 and 3 unchanged. Captured from build 10 with `-sliderZone YES` for frame 4 only. Local until Aaron says re-upload; the iOS 1.4 record still has the build-9 set.

> Older drafts and the 1.0/1.1 live text are kept below for reference.

### 1.3 — 2026-10-08

Know when the clocks change, plan any day, and find any city.

• DST notes: every clock shows when its daylight saving time starts or ends, such as "DST ends in 17 days (Oct 25)". Each zone uses its own rules; zones without DST show nothing.
• Plan any day: tap the date at the top to pick one (a calendar on iPhone and iPad, a popover on Mac). "Today" brings you back. It works together with the 24-hour slider.
• Each clock shows its own date when it is a different day there.
• Add clocks by city, country or abbreviation (Seattle, Bangalore, India, PST), with popular cities first and one-tap starter clocks on a fresh install.
• New settings: choose how dates are written (system, 25 Oct, Oct 25, 2026-10-25 or numeric), and turn the DST notes off for a cleaner list.
• Fixed: winter abbreviations for Central, Western and Eastern European Time (CET, WET, EET).
• Tidier layouts: fitted Add and Edit sheets, a two-line footer, and steadier screens at the largest accessibility text sizes.

### 1.2 — 2026-10-04

• The time-preview slider now keeps showing how far ahead or behind you're looking after you let go.
• New "Now" button jumps straight back to the current time.
• Clocks stay neatly centered on iPad and wide Mac windows.
• Settings now shows the app's version number.

### 1.1 — 2026-09-20

Choose a font for your clocks — System, Rounded, Serif, or Monospaced — in Settings. Tightened up row spacing so more clocks fit on screen. Fixed the time-offset slider's hour lock to hold on whole-hour offsets from now (preserving the current minute and second) instead of snapping to the wall-clock top of the hour.
