Verified by attempting to run many times with cel service turned off for the app. Doesn’t work and often crashes back to main phone screen. Turn on cel or wifi and works fine. FOREX has allowed me to male immediate, very accurate conversions, which are comparable to bank charges and accepted as travel expenses. I have used it all over the world and absolutely love it. I have transferred it between several different phones and have nerved had any issues. I even transferred it from a Samsung to an iPhone without issue. It works great.
