We have some questions that are not in help section, so we need to ask directly. I suggest to have some people to support and to answer questions via email. If you’re planning to transcript any medical or dental degree from foreign country make sure you DONT USE THIS platform. I wasted almost 1 year trying to go between JCNDE, ADA, and asking my coworkers how to get the things done. Until one lady told me they only accept certificates from ECE. And it takes a long time to hear back from them through the email. If it’s not because the university that I’m applying to uses WES, I would just cancel my application. It is very frustrating. ### 1/5 — Course was not added. *2022-12-25, version 1.7* They forgot to add a course or didn’t want to bother working properly. Very frustrating. They do not have email so I will have to wait until they open so I can call them. I want a proper service for the money I paid, so far they did nothing, just sent me an old copy of an old evaluation despite the fact that they had the new updated transcript AND specific information that I wanted the new course added to an existing evaluation. It’s as if they cannot read or don’t care . ### 1/5 — I REGRET USING WES *2022-11-12, version 1.7* I'm totally disappointed with how long it takes to proceed from one stage to another in the evaluation process. A week or more to confirmed receipt of transcript, same length of time to verify each stage and delayed completion timeline as promised. I got my 4 years hons and 1 year master in English. Then another 2 years MBA with thesis. Still i am not a master equivalent. I did all these from public universities in Bangladesh. these r highly recommend here. But my wife did hons and a 1 year master in Law from a private university in Bangladesh and she got a master equivalent. How ridiculous!! So unorganized, irresponsible, and no customer service. My evaluation took over 4 months which is supposed to be done in 7 days. Every time I called, I was on hold for 2 hours and after all no one could help. The only person that was helpful was Tina. She was the only one that finished this chaos. Working with this company is really really a big headache. I finally received the evaluation after 5 months and only after I got my attorney involved. Customer service wait time was minimum of an hour. Slow to respond and they do so with cookie-cutter emails. Takes a long time for them to accept electronic transcripts. Results are “we put what we want”, no time equivalency (1 year in evaluation for 2.5 years Masters).
