After consuming for abt a week I asked for upgrade. Received replay there is not possible upgrade or top up. I purchased unlimited plan for 10days. Following the instructions for installation correctly I saw “Not Activated” and very very slow internet. Contacted the support which is only day working time in Japan. They changed only label that is “Activated “ but speed was very very very slow.
