Right now, players can only be released, but we’ll keep this suggestion in mind as we continue improving the game. ### 2/5 — Game keeps crashing *2026-04-21* Some good and bad in this review, overall I give 2 star mainly because it over heats phone and app continuously crashes when you try to play tournaments to earn extra coins which is the only way to evolutionize your franchise. Notable, the waiting 3 days for one upgrade at only level 6 is really annoying, like the other reviews the whole concept of building your franchise comes down to purchasing coins which if this game is overheating phone and crashing all the time I’m not wasting my money on that, now, more about the game itself not the money grabs and the crashing app, when you waste 35 hard earned coins on signing a coach depending on the coach your team does not improve and eventually starts to lack work rate, if you try to release the coach you don’t get any money back that you spend on top of wasting the coin you worked hard for. The coach ratings are often same as players which is pointless because as mentioned it doesn’t develop the players much further. Also the players lots of them will have maxed out ratings you’ll find just after wasting 5 coins and thousands of dollars signing them, game is very misleading which brings consumers more and more frustration with time. Credit due that it is a fun game to pass time, then again when it takes 3 days just for 1 upgrade at only level 6 you need to find other games to wait and takes years to see serious progress. **Developer response:** Hi thanks for your feedback, we appreciate it! Watch an ad get “2” coins that’s not much.if play the game I could get (based on wins) coins but then again what if I never win? Other than that this is a fun hockey manager and fairly addicting. This wouldn’t be a problem normally but there some events that require a ‘streak’ and the failing to load and cause issues with meeting the streak. Additionally, the ads used to be non-intrusive, but now you required to watch ads for daily packs instead of just bonuses. Recently they made it so you have to watch ads to get coins. And without the coins you can’t do a thing so needless to say this game won’t be played by myself anymore. Then it proceeded to treat me like I just downloaded the app. Asked me to choose jersey colors etc. I LOST EVERYTHING!!!!! Two years or so down the drain. I’m done.** I love the concept of this game. I was loving it for a long time but seemingly out of nowhere it’s just loss after loss. The game was consistent and with proper attention to my team,I was doing well. Out of nowhere though there’s nothing I can do to win. I’ve tried everything. Tried changing the players, coaches, strategies, training, but I’m consistently losing every game. I mean it’s at least 5 games in a row before I win. It’s beginning to not be fun anymore. My team actually wins games, plays well, and feels very realistic. It really makes you think about making good lines and finding good strategies. It isn't just about finding good players to put in. The only thing is that I'm mixed about the wait time for each game. For some reason, I actually like playing one game a day. That way I can focus on different things, and so I don't get stressed about the next game. However, sometimes I get impatient when my preparation is at 100%, and I'm ready to go. Also, it's nice that the game plays even if you're offline, and I don't even need to see the game for it to happen. Overall, I am very impressed! I really have no issues other than the fact that penalties can be extreme sometimes, but not to the point where it changes the outcome of the game. The only time it was bad was when I had 33 penalty minutes and the other team had only 8, but I still won 2-1. Also, sometimes the game freezes randomly, and I can't get out of the app, then it comes back. It’s worth the time and the weekends you get a lot of free helpful stuff that turbo builds your team ### 5/5 — Great All Around *2024-02-23* This game is pretty fun, building/managing a team and creating infrastructure of the arena, ETC. but after playing for over a year it crashed for about two weeks and when it finally loaded again I lost a lot of players due to contracts expiring and lost matches as well. I emailed the customer service team thinking that I all my progress was for nothing and I’d just have to delete it and start over if I wanted to continue using it. To my surprise they reinstated all my lost players and gave me compensation for gameplay in coins and cash. Gary was fantastic in his concern and customer service support!!
