I wrote to WOB and no answer yet. How can you NOT ADD YOUR NACHOS AND then THE FRIES WITH THAT TRUFFLE SAUCE is missing also?!?!? Please fix that and what ever else may be missing if you’d like more business. I hate to have to chose other restaurants cause it’s easier to order from them. ### 3/5 — Bugs in the app *2024-04-01, version 4.5.1* If you click on “Events” and then choose the day, say Wednesday, (wing day) and try to hit the details button the app just shuts down. Scrolled to the bottom to select the “Order Now” option under “WOB To Go” and it…. Opened up a new browser? Everything was fine until it asked me to login or proceed as a guest to obtain my rewards. It prompted me to enter a username which I had yet to create, and then when I tried to “Register” my account, after filling out info, I received an error message saying that no username found. Bizarre and nonsensical app if you want reward points. Perfectly usable in every other regard ### 3/5 — what we do if the server forgets ?? *2022-07-23, version 4.2.2* Overall the app is really fun but if your server forgets to check you in, lol then there absolutely no point in this. And this is not to blame the servers who are busy and shouldn’t have to worry about something like that. Super stoked but when I downloaded the app, I couldn’t add any beer to my beer profile and no beer information comes up when I choose this location. Also should have a 16/32/64 ounce growler price. I’ve been getting emails so I know the account is valid and I’m sure the password is correct but that app still says my credentials are invalid. I have used both the email address and the card number to attempt to sign in. ### 1/5 — Still can't log in *2019-05-20, version 4.0.2* Well here it May 20th and no reply, no email, and I still can't log in. I was a a WOB yesterday and was able to get my member number and tried to reset my pass word as it said to and still nothing, I give up! I do not know my member# and I have used the forgot password about 8 times I will either say it can't do that at this time or an email has been sent, I never get an email. ### 3/5 — Better, but still has bugs *2019-05-19, version 4.0.2* Random automatic log outs. When trying to log in, it says wrong username/password. Will only let me log in if I delete and reinstall the app. I’ve had to delete and reinstall 3 times in 2 weeks. ### 1/5 — Filtering *2019-04-19, version 4.0.2* Since updating to 4.0.2, I can’t filter new beers using the loyalty filter option ### 1/5 — Shake option ? *2019-04-11, version 4.0.1* Best part of going to World of Beer was not having to choose a beer. Shake option randomizing it made going there more fun cause I never knew what I was drinking until I shook my phone and your app randomly chose my new beer for me. Sadly this is no longer an option. If this option ever returns I would happily 5 star this app. Edit : Having the shake option back is totally awesome !! App very easy to use and I love the fact I can see which versions of the beers I’ve tried and not tried cause I never knew if I had the bottle or the can and if so which size can. Thank god you got rid of that train wreck Alegorhythm !! I was extremely happy up til the point when I can’t login anymore and the app won’t allow me to reset password either. Once fixed I’ll give it the 5 stars it deserves. ### 3/5 — Virtual Card missing again *2019-04-09, version 4.0.0* Unless they’ve hidden it somewhere, you’re no longer able to turn your phone sideways to show your loyalty number. ### 2/5 — April 7 update *2019-04-08, version 4.0.0* So why can’t I login? Every login fails, as it says there may be a bad connection on the app. If I login through the website, it says that my username is invalid. It is unusable. Impressively bad. I have reset my password multiple times. This latest set of updates. Its nice being able to search through what i’ve tried as well as whats on tap now. I do miss having my membership card display when I turned my phone sideways. But overall, great app! ### 5/5 — This version is a 10 *2019-04-12, version 4.0.1* The version of the app is one thousand times better than the previous version. New beer selections are back. It saves preferences. Local and global rankings are new (434 for me system wide, number 12 at my location). Shake for a random beer is back as well. Thanks for listening WoB! ### 5/5 — Apple Users.... *2018-09-25, version 3.1.8* I’ve been on android for YEARS until a month ago and almost all android apps are 4-5 stars. Maybe the problem isn’t with the software developers at all, maybe the problem itself is in the platform. I imagine it’s very difficult to make apps function with the apple constrictions. As for the beers, just keep drinking them up. I’d probably switch to android if these apps are getting in the way of your enjoyable experience. If you think I’m kidding, go to your nearest android user and look up reviews on android apps. At least WoB HAS an app for apple. 😂 Cheers! ### 5/5 — Beer Drinking Made Easy *2014-09-15, version 2.0.1* At my local World of beer there are always a lot of paper menus for the draft beer selection. However, it seems like the electronic menus with the entire inventory are always occupied by people searching for their next beer. This app, so far without any bugs, has made it a lot easier to navigate the hundreds of beers from the convenience of my phone. In addition, the use of this app by anyone with a smartphone would free up the electronic menus for all the people that can't let go of their 6 year old flip phone but still love craft beer. Overall getting the app is beneficial to everyone involved, so download it and drink some beer. ### 5/5 — Love the redesign *2014-07-20, version 2.0.1* The WOB app has been so much better since the redesign. There is a bug in the loyalty filter since I started as a loyal member three years ago. If you filter by beers not on your list it only checks against beers you had at that location not your whole loyalty list. Everything is else stop notch. I wish there was a way to update the beer list in real time. So if a beer was out of stock while I'm there the beer would disappear from the list. ### 5/5 — WOB goes GREEN *2012-08-03, version 1.0* No need to print your list when you have this app. This app will let you do all sorts of fun stuff with your WOB loyalty card. Sort the current beers at any WOB, buy country, color, ABV, draft, bottle, and even the beers you haven't had! That's right now it is super easy to find the next beer you need! And best of all, If you are indecisive... Shake the app and it will randomly pick a beer for you! WOB = GTGT ### 5/5 — Worth the Wait *2012-08-03, version 1.0* As you get higher in the loyalty program it becomes harder to find new beers, especially when the menus are note printed in alphabetical order. With this app you do not have to scan over your printed list and the menus trying to find something you're interested in. The multiple filters make it really nice so you can sort by beers that you had, new beers, alcohol %, type, etc. Great app if you're always trying earn points in the loyalty program. ### 4/5 — Major Improvement! *2019-04-16, version 4.0.2* I have been brutally critical of this app ever since the change from the original version. But I have to admit, this is good. The loyalty and rewards seem to actually work, it’s much easier to locate beers, and it doesn’t crash constantly. In short, it’s finally back to all the features we had with the original app. ### 4/5 — Locations Issue *2016-10-23, version 2.0.1* Love the app but can never access the locations link. When you access the location it kicks you out of the application. Just read through some of the reviews which were older but appears this is an open issue. The locations feature would be great if it would work. Hopefully this will be resolved soon? ### 4/5 — Great app but having a little issue. *2016-10-07, version 2.0.1* Since I've started working at world of beer, it was recommended to us that we download the app. Obviously! However, since downloading this app I've had several bugs come into play. Every time I click on locations it automatically kicks me out of the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled hoping it would fix it but it hasn't.
