It’s indeed an issue that is preventing some players from enjoying the game. [UPDATE] The issue has been identified as a bug in iCloud on iOS13 and a workaround has been built into the 3.0.1 update. Please be sure that your device is signed into iCloud, and that iCloud Drive is enabled. Notifications are optional, and are only there to let you know how your AI is performing. The app can't function without access to iCloud and iCloud Drive. If you want, please reach out via email to support@pkclsoft.com and we can attempt to get to the bottom of the issue. ### 1/5 — Just bought this game... *2020-06-20* Just bought this game for the first time and as soon as i open it up, it gives me a quick loading screen and then gives the message “unable to load your user record. Please try again later” i have closed out the app and tried multiple times to open it with the same result. It shows me the Earth and i can spin it around and look at it and zoom in, but there is nothing to interact with. Please help! If you could share more information via an email, or by enabling the sharing of data with developers in the settings app under privacy, I may be able to see what is happening. Unfortunately, without more data it’s very difficult as I’ve not received any crash reports. I love how it’s allowing space takeover. Just that I don’t know what to do at all I mean I know the basic to attack by clicking on hexes and placing the hexes to take over others. As I didn’t intend to download or buy this game. I wanted to look at the game as I accidentally did my finger print and downloaded and used my money to buy this game. I wanted the game but didn’t look if it was free which was stupid of me. But the game might be good if it had a more intended tutorial and a more practice based selection for practicing how to do things. It might be good but it’s kinda a just gonna be sitting in my storage until I finally declare to delete it still figuring it out. Good luck everyone with the game. Please contact support@pkclsoft.com and provide your username so that I can try to fix the problem. ## Most praised reviews (6 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Great game but confusing *2020-11-19, version 3.0.6* The game itself it self explanatory you use the hex’s to take over territory but getting down to attacking is very confusing how do you know where exactly to place sometimes I place and it just skips my turn a more in depth tutorial is needed urgently ### 5/5 — Loving the improvements *2020-11-18* Ever since I started playing this way back, it has been a great idle time game. With the addition of colonies throughout the solar system it’s just great. Love the hat-tip to The Expanse too. Nice touch. ### 5/5 — I Like Where Their Head Is At *2020-10-08* This game has a simple and fascinating concept with a unique puzzle design and a seemingly endless playtime for planetary domination. This game is close to being 5 stars, and I would highly recommend this to all my friends if not for a few in game nuances. There could be some more explanation for things that happen in the game that would be nice. The player is told if a tile is locked or too heavily populated, but the player does not know how long until the tile will be available again. The scoreboard and leaderboard are good trackers, but it’s vague, and doesn’t show things like how many players are on each team or how many tiles each person has taken. This is still a fun game, and great way to fill time, but it feels more like a single player campaign for domination than a multiplayer team game that could feel more immersive. I’m sure there are other things to be fixed, and it’s isn’t easy, but I think this game could be much better with a few tweaks, and it would pay off. **Developer response:** Thanks for playing and thank you for your constructive feedback.
