Right now I need to call in which isn’t too efficient. It would then just dump you back to a rooms/rates page with no explanation. During this process, I called the hotel and endured a terrible blather regarding the rates. So I then called the customer service line at Hyatt and got a rep who had zero interest in listening or helping and finished it off by disconnecting me after less than a minute.
