I started playing before the arrows and typhoon and monster nodes came to the game it was so much better back then. Still a good game tho

WARNING: This game is known for its 1st big update, which refreshed EVERYTHING the player had worked/purchased for.
Another reason why this game is rated so low is because of the constant pop-up ads that they shove up in your face every button you click on. Overall, I don’t recommend the game unless you hate yourself or have free time for the game. I spent 15$ on this game, I even tried to talk to the developers of the game for my money back, but they obviously ignored me. Again, do NOT download this game.
THE GOOD NEWS: Although this game is frustrating and garbage in every way, the cannon mechanic gives it an extra star for effort. 
MORE BAD NEWS: The sailing mechanic is just down bad… You legit have to tap the water IN COMBAT in order to sail correctly, and not crash onto shore. LASTLY, the ship collision mechanic is currently broken, giving your opponent more/infinite health points, which breaks the whole point of the competitive game. I am happy to inform you on the good, the bad, and the down right nonsense on this game and dev’s effort. RECOMMENDATION: The pirate: Caribbean Hunt is by far, THE best pirate/naval battle game for free, so I suggest you take a quick look on this game instead. Also, stay away from Tempest because that game will snatch your cash too.

Somehow my ship just loses health and breaks automatically, is this a bug or hack idk, but it’s frustrating….

It was a fun, simple game to play. I enjoyed outplaying my opponents or running away strategically. However I have no idea what happened. I don't know how to shoot anymore as there are only 2 buttons, non of which seem to do anything. I also notice my camera can't be angled anymore. Play, but I wouldent keep around because I don't know the controls. Also there's no ads as far as I'm concerned enough.

Good game but there aren’t accounts made for IPhones, so when I got a new phone I lost all my progress with no way of getting it back. Not impressed with that. Lost all the purchases I’d made.

They’ve just updated the game, I’ve now lost 13million points, and all the ships that I won. Terrible upgrade, stupid arrow button, and cannon ball button... get in the way of steering the boat. They could have made upgrades to this game, like rough seas, fog patches... but they give it stupid arrows to shoot... they’ve ruined this game now !

Lost 2 years of gold and all my ships on last game upgrade. Sent several emails to developers and got no help. Only message back was that they will be in touch. It’s been over a month and nothing. Full of crap … was a good game but now just bull. No support…after 2 years I quit … unfortunately it’s just not working and no support.

It’s fun, until you’re disconnected constantly. OR when you get a new phone and NONE of your purchases or progress is restored, even from a backup. “Restore Purchases” doesn’t do ANYTHING. And app support doesn’t exist. What a disappointment.

I love it! Almost every aspect of the game. I would just to encourage the developer to continue updating it daily. As that would be appreciated by all age of sail enthusiasts. Although I did say it as if it was perfect. I noticed you cant play with friends, please spend a bit more time and dedication into this game. Great work developers!

Hab das Spiel eigentlich gerne gespielt, aber auch bei mir sind meine Schiffe nach dem Update weg. Ich würde sie mir ja gerne wieder erspielen (auch wenn es recht lange dauert), aber ich kann die Knöpfe nicht richtig anpassen bzw. verschieben und dadurch nicht richtig spielen.
