I bought the full package and now can’t access ….. wth?! ### 4/5 — Almost Perfect *2026-04-10* There are some special instrument patches in Taqsim’s ‘World Piano’ that I have not been able to find anywhere else. Case(s) in point the Parisian Accordion patch and the Drone patch. To the best of my knowledge these two patch sounds are not even available in their SOLO APP or the standalone ‘’Drone’ APP. However, they no longer can be played or recorded within Logic Pro. These patches can only be played within their native ‘World’ Piano APP. However, I recently bought a new IPad Pro with M4 chip and I can’t restore my purchases. I’ve contacted taqs.im but haven’t heard back from them. Hopefully this will get their attention. I use this app in almost every project and as things stand, all my hard work has been for nothing! ### 1/5 — Buyer beware! *2024-12-13* I wanted to try all the available sound packs, and they had a 12 month subscription that unlocked all packs, and came with a 7 day free trial. I thought I might as well give it a try, and if I don’t like it I could just cancel in the free trial period. I signed up for the free trial and was charged immediately. I didn’t think anything of it and downloaded all the packs. To my ear, the included sounds are low quality and cheesy sounding. I knew it would be unusable in any of my productions. I went to cancel and found that there was no way to cancel my free trial. I’m stuck paying for a useless 12 month subscription. I’ve contacted the developer and they say I have to contact apple for my refund. I’ve contacted apple and they say I have to contact the developer. If there’s anything else we can do to help, please let us know. ### 1/5 — bad for workflow *2023-08-29* why if we use this program as an auv3 every 5-10 minutes it resets the master input volumes, worse app for an intrument if you want to use any of the ones on this app in your workflow, cant use on any chains because after setting up a few other plugins the master input gets reset and it ruins the mix, i mix about 15 hours a day and around 10% of my time is resetting the input volumes, fix your stuff if you wany more money, sad as f to see you have to pay to use it. and then once you pay it unusable in amy daw because every fee minutes the app resets the input and output volumes, app sucks **Developer response:** Thank you for your honest feedback, and we're genuinely sorry for the frustration you're experiencing. Support has been non-existent. I tried reinstalling the app and now whenever I try to sign in, the entire app CRASHES.
