Also cannot find a way to stop paying monthly dues. Horrible! ### 1/5 — Please keep the info easy *2026-04-26, version 2.1.8* I’ve been critical of the app in the past. It’s much better but why is the displayed schedule so messy. Please show the daily schedule as per the BBC ie 10:00, which matches, latest score 14:30 which matches, latest score 19:00, which matches, latest score This should be available for the whole tournament. All nice and simple and what people want to refer to. PREVIOUS REVIEW The information, especially the schedules, are inaccurate and unreliable. Go to the Flashscore app or the BBC website for better info on the schedules. This app could be so much better if they let somebody manage it who can be bothered. Hasn’t improved since last year, still a half hearted app. You would hope nobody is being paid to keep this up to date. ### 1/5 — Casting fails after update. *2026-04-24, version 2.1.8* Since the update, when trying to cast from my IPhone to another device visible in the selection list, the cast begins but immediately fails with only the cast icon on the screen. The status on my IPhone is “no media selected”. Two emails to support have yet to be acknowledged by WST. Very Disappointing support. ### 1/5 — iPhone Only? *2026-04-20, version 2.1.8* Horrible to watch on iPad, not sure why it can’t be made full screen for iPad. Easier to use Chrome to be honest ### 3/5 — Not Designed For iPads *2026-04-19* The resolution of the app has not been optimised for iPads. It opens in portrait mode in the middle of the screen and there is no way to maximise it to full screen - and watching a match on WST play is akin to streaming video on a tiny widget on the screen. Very annoying for an otherwise well designed app from a content standpoint. ### 1/5 — Bad update *2026-04-18* The app 👍🏻 is very much needed but the new update made the casting experience worse than before ### 3/5 — Unreliable *2026-03-30, version 2.1.7* If it worked fully without bugs it would be a great app. Issues with reporting the frame scores for live matches. ### 4/5 — Nice app but the cast feature isn’t working *2025-12-07* The app works nice and smooth. Please look into the cast feature. I am able to cast youtube from my iphone to my android tv. But the cast on this app doesn’t work. ### 3/5 — Good app but quite a few bugs *2025-10-24* The app is so much needed to be able to follow and watch snooker. But I’m never able to log in because on the log in page it says enter a valid password. I’m able to log in with the same credentials on the website. So it’s just an app issue.
