Out of the blue, it started taking days for voicemails to show up, notifications stopped, transcription stopped, copies of voicemails to my email stopped. I’ve reached out to Norwood support email twice, no response. No support number to call. Anyone able to help on here? ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Total scam beware *2025-09-10, version 4.0.15* Totally useless app post as a scam by a scam, artist and supported by Apple unfortunately. They start you to download the app for a trial for a few days and then you would not most likely be able to do anything with it because it’s totally useless. It doesn’t work before you even manage to create an account to figure out what it is, they’re already slammed you with $45.99. This is a fraud, and unfortunately, Apple has become part of it. Apple should not be blocking your account when you get scanned by these artists. Kept getting an error message. I sent them an email with a screenshot. Received a followup email with clarification. Next morning I woke up to a text stating it was resolved. I tried it and it worked. Amazing service and reliable. Not overpriced like some of the others and way better than original providers VM. First, on an iPhone 11 Pro and now on my iPhone 13 pro and I will continue to have it on whatever iPhone I get in the future. Yes, the text translation is not always 100% accurate but I’m rarely 100% accurate and people still seem to keep me around? The point is, it makes my voicemail SO much more convenient. I actually check my voicemails now on opposed to getting to the point where my voicemail box is full and people couldn’t leave messages if the wanted to. Over a period of two weeks I spent no less that 4 hours on the phone and in person at Xfinity in Anderson (Indiana) and the Apple store in Indy. No resolution to the problem so voicemails ‘left’ on my phone continued to remain unknown. Tonight while watching TV my wife suggested I go to the ‘App Store’ to look for voicemail apps. I downloaded World Voicemail and after a few minutes necessary to have it load my wife called me and Voilà, I have voicemail for about a dollar a day!
